There are different ways of accessing it — using XM radios in vehicles, houses and businesses, or via standalone boomboxes. In Vehicles You can purchase an XM Radio for your vehicle in Wang Cars, a tuning shop enterable with /carmenu in Rodeo, just west of Grotti Dealership.
