packer
Been around Sureño RP since 07, seen a lot of sets rise and fall. 38st shows up with numbers, I'll give them that, but the RP itself feels like watching a school play where half the cast forgot their lines. You can see what they're aiming for, but it doesn't really land. Most of the characters come off the same, if you closed your eyes you wouldnt know who was talking. It's not even their fault really, most of them just don’t have that background with Mexican-American culture. Kinda expected since a lot are from Europe, where the closest thing to gang life is a soccer riot. Nothing wrong with that, but if you wanna make it believable, put in the homework, watch interviews, read into the history, study how people actually move and talk. Right now it just looks like a crowd of guys in baggy clothes /leaning on the same corner. That said, everyone starts somewhere. Keep at it and maybe with time it turns into something people actually remember. Keep it up! 2
