There's been a few situations recently which questions the activity, decision making and overall status quo of legal faction managment and their decision making in general. Currently there has been unactioned situations and poor handling of situations; we need to bring in members with real life LEO experience to help bring things to a better place. I made a similar thread in the Public IFT section; discussing a methodolgy to ensure that there is the most appropriate people in place for the management teams. It posed of implementing a voting system which the playerbase decides who gets what position; and each candidate has to submit their profile, motivations, and experience behind why they should be elected for the position. This is to prevent giving out jobs for the boys. I'm not going to rebuild the wheel so you can just use your imagination and pretend this is in a legal faction context. Theres more to be said; I'd like to hear what the community has to say though.
