Marvin Yanez (Birth and family) Marvin Yanez's a teenager, born and raised in El Corona. Marvin has both parents alive and at home, both his mother and father are Mexican-American, Yanez was born and raised in an environment where the Chicano culture is influential in Los Santos, as well as being slightly influenced by the attitudes of the local gang, as a child he would see them on the street and wished he could be like one of them. Marvin's mother is a grocery store worker, and his father has been unemployed since 2023. Marvin constantly has fights at home with his father because he does nothing to support the family and spends his days and nights drinking and doing nothing with his life. This causes Marvin to move away from him and start going out on the streets more often. (The school) Marvin was always a good student, since he was a little boy he showed his intelligence in any area, he was obsessed with sports, especially baseball, he started to watch Dodger games and even bet with his teammates when the team was playing. Marvin's grades began to decline when he began to have more worries at home, his father fell into alcohol and he had to take care of the house chores while his mother worked, sometimes even arguing with his father when he was drunk. (Actually) Currently Marvin misses a lot of school, he usually goes out to hang out with people from his neighborhood, when he goes out he is usually looking for ways to make money easily, he usually makes bets with his friends or takes money from people he meets. Lying on the street, he has an ambitious mind and always worries about bringing everything home. He is still a baseball fan and always watches the games and keeps up with his favorite team.
