Report withdrawn after mutual agreement between leaderships. Due to the unfortunate lack of available properties in their turf, some of their members currently reside on the flats.
However, it has been agreed that they will not linger or actively roleplay inside S/S Nueve Flats 13’s faction turf. Instead they will spawn in their property and vacate as soon as possible to avoid any conflicts that may violate the RoE: Faction Turfs rule.

Based on the report, Kamar_Byrd went after Camario_Powers despite having the Faction Attack cooldown active.

Glad to know you’re admitting both of the attacks over the proof that you posted, which makes it unreasonable to DM. Also note that it was more than two occasions as seen on the main post under Evidence.

Also, not to mention the countless times you and your faction have come to provoke to incite attacks. That proof that you claim as us provoking happened yesterday, but what about before that?
Explain all the daily provoking and attacks. Show proof of when we retaliated by going directly to your turf and gun down your members.

We have not provoked nor incited any types attacks, only when you come by our turf to provoke on a daily basis. You guys are provoking in order to engage attacks and feed off DM. That is the whole reason of the report.
Show evidence of our faction attacking and provoking yours, please.

Explanation (person(s) involved, backstory, conclusion, etc): For the past couple of days, I received many complaints by my faction members that Big Hazard 13's members are coming through Rancho, attacking and provoking without solid reasoning. I don't mind beef between gangs IC, however it is now to the point where it is DM. S/S Nueve Flats 13 hasn't retaliated to any of the attacks by going over to Big Hazard 13's faction turf and shooting, or attempting to incite a faction attack. Instead Big Hazard 13 faction has been continuously provoking and attacking without reason, which leads us to defend ourselves in our turf. This continuous need to provoke and incite faction attacks have led us to submit a faction report for DM and multiple Breach of RoE. Manny_Gordillo and company are the ones leading most of the attacks.
In addition, Big Hazard 13 has not been open for more than a week, yet they're provoking and attacking other factions which leads to a violation of Rules of Engagement. Also, they've breach the 6 hour attack cooldown as seen on the evidence below from both attacks.I brought it up to @Paint Scorer PMs about the breach of RoE of the 6 hour cooldown, and he confirmed that they would take care of it with his members. However, the continuous attacks with lack of reasoning have led us to submit this faction report. Also, FTC are involved in our forum PM conversations.
Evidence:
We made it mandatory for all my faction members to log their attacks, and when we get attacked by rival factions so that we keep a good tracking system for all attacks/defenses. Below are the two attacks, Attack #1 which happened on 26JUNE2023 @ 22:05 servertime, and Attack #2 which happened on 26JUN2023 @ 0107 servertime, about 3 hours apart. This defeats the 6 hour cooldown period between attacks. In addition, Attack #3 and Attack #4 happened today (30JUN2023) and are the latest confrontations in which they came through our neighborhood provoking and attacking.Attack #1:

Just like the many different hand movement animation we had in SAMP. Everytime you talk IC, the hand movement animation would get activated.
- Make a list of different hand movement style, some for premium members just like walkstyles.
- Make it so it can be disabled via /settings by player preference.
