Instead of looking at the action alone, how about you ask yourself why gunplay was even brought in the first place. Your faction forced the hand upon you, and wondering why that's not registering with you. If it was me I would be understanding whilst disciplinary my members how we see fit. With my belief of you being the stem of where the "MG" started to fester, I can see why your choosing not to acknowledge it. If you're worrying about my character you have an example with my reply above. I don't condone things that take away from a good faction as some good mates I've met know they can't be in my faction. If you're still leadership after this report is resolved, I'll start you off with a clean state with hopes of your redemption in being a exemplary leader but there's to many cons adding up as far as I'm concerned. Would be a disservice to my faction & the server not reporting if what I believe is true. Just like ya'll forced a shootout, you forced this report on. I would've enjoyed taking this time editing screens but due to your communication skills in general, we're here. If admins says you're in the right on some of the claims you made, that still doesn't excuse your attitude. Just be cordial and understanding and we wouldn't be here. Can't forget mentioning you providing no evidence on the timeline of your faction finding out.

You haven't even answered any questions from the handling admin, you sure you want to go that route? If you're telling the truth you should have all reason to want to "fight" this report. You broke a couple rules within server & ROE rules so I hope you can live up to that "never". I haven't received an ajail since 2014 so it's possible, you just have to take the message your conveying seriously. From you replying here and on discord, you got two personas going on that just raises more questions besides the main point we're here, your faction MGing knowing Insane Crip was behind your three members dying. If you would like to cut interactions, by all means as 98MSMC have been the initiator most the time these last few days. You can't take a L because you believe being disrespectful will deter the issues I brought up to you up to this point. We could've kept communicating cordial about the scenarios leading up to your side finding out but that didn't happen. Instead you wanted to gas light with your "butt hurt" comment, living up to what you claimed me to be. Your logic doesn't make sense when it comes to reporting unless your trying to insinuate once gunplay is in effect, the rules are thrown out the window. Just like how you believed you'll be able to re-involve yourself once hearing of something a member conveyed to you that was most likely MG'd as well. You should've focused on progressing around the cores of the server & faction principles, especially at this stage of the server. Okay so we are allied with almost all of the factions in Vespucci, 3 of our members died inside of Insane Crips Turf at there clothing store and prior to before the 3 members died"

Who is "we" because if Davion Davis is included just like re-involving yourself on a attack, there you go breaking rules again. This is the most I've gotten from you up to this point because you attempted to utilize all the excuses you had in the tank. We were outside the clothing store which led to gunplay on the escalation of the trio's roleplay. I can be in agreeance with you that a shootout shouldn't have occurred but when you ask yourself why, I'm not the one who needs to go on the stand. & When did you become leadership of Insanes because that location was never brought in discussion of turf. With me knowing you have no proof to back up your claims, you could've at least painted a better picture with the message you convey. That just led to unneeded behavior from your end.  You had two minutes to leave with the information you obtained being at the scene. With each escalation from the trio whether they started the squabbles / brawl / shooting, they thought equiping their firearm would be some type of free passage. I don't quite understand the portrayal, and since reaching out you seem to spin a tale at your own convenience.

To maybe ally? What is it your RPing again? Hey I won't knock you if you want to just have your vocal point on income but that's watered down politics. Not to mention how interactions should be based off each's gang allignment to Mafis & Trayz. That comes with consequences depending on how situations can go, which a 3v8 didn't deter the trio away from the scenario when things weren't going your way. As far as any Insane Crip affiliates saying any negative remarks to the trio, that didn't happen. Semaj Hopkins asked you a question in regards to one of your allies before mentioning taxing ya'll. For you to assume everybody there was Insane Crips without trying to find out IC is questionable. You rushed a gang affiliate allied to Insane Crip, not tripping of the ratio between gangs. Despite that you got a fair fade and "all hell broke loose" after you stomped on the downed homie. This caused a brawl that lasted for 20 seconds. Shortly a minute afterwards shots were ringing due to your member thinking his weapon was going to save his life other then using it. Why did the trio's flight not trigger once throughout the scenario? With the ratio alone I believe that would make sense, not mentioning you being in different geographical locations.

I don't mind if you don't want to include names to a public report but I'll suggest getting your evidence together if your able to PM the handling admin, at the least the dates so they can check chatlogs? I appreciate the compliment since your so tied into this being a turf we're attempting to claim our stake in. If you feel like our faction's activity on the rise right on but it's something to think about in the future. We're not the only faction that loiters at that location as well. Not sure how ya'll found out quickly either, and aren't you Davion Davis? If "we" is you since you re-involving your character in the current "war" started by ya'll. And summing it up to a no brainer of word getting back to your faction with due haste is ludicrous. Maybe you know more to the story but your keeping that to yourself, I'll suggest getting that ready for the handling admin if you got a problem conveying that message to.

With my belief of MG stemming from the root after the first altercation transpired, here's proof of what that possibly led to. If that's the case, the duo have no reason to point out insanes. Did the duo make that their schedule, checking in which each set portraying an allied gang of Insane Crip? Nope, they knew who they were looking for, and the question is how? Not to mention them breaching the safe zone, what's the rush? Let's say they actually do know what transpired, why crashout to the point of breaking server rules when you could've waited to approached them. With the fashion Omonteez decided to carry that out, there's no questioning him in belief knowing Insane Crip was behind that hit. Didn't see no witnesses or anyone in our circle for them to even know what we gang bang. Hopefully you got some evidence on that.

So me Davion Davis, Jaymore Johnson, And Malik Davis were standing outside on the block casually when a car came and killed Malik Davis and shot at us and he said he was inside of Insane Crips.  If you know how a Faction PK works, so say if you get killed and you PK you cannot do anything to that Faction whatsoever until they provoke, shoot, or fight you. So when they did that, they had brought Davion and Jaymore back into the 98MSC and Insane Crips Beef. "

If you're trying to say this the report is up because you want to be toxic, there isn't anything wrong with that but I was planning on keeping all that out of the report. Me personally, you want to act like a child, I'm just going to give you time to get our of your feelings. No need to use the language you been conveying when I came at you cordial from jump. It ain't personal bud, but if the message I'm getting across is right, you should stop misleading your faction. If anyone has been acting butt hurt throughout the start of conversations between us both, you thinking it's me also ties into your whole defense. Quit wasting time and at least get your dates together on "factual proof" tying your faction finding out Insane Crip was behind the first altercation. 

By the way, ROE doesn't work that way on here. Unless I missed it, you can't just re-involve yourself once "newfound" information of one of yours dying, somehow tying back to us. If I were you, I would've nodded on as you're not allowed to re-involve yourself. I believe you're confused as the only time you'll be able to shoot is on defense, but you were in them Canals weren't you? With you equipping a masked and trying to act dumbfounded about Davion Davis being on scene when asked by one of my faction members, don't seem right. There isn't no "brought back" into the beef in the way your referring to. I know you trying to get your thriller on, popping a revive like a pokemon but I believe you did that because that's your vocal point. You even willing to break server rules / ROE in order to achieve DM clips. If it made sense realistically on our end we wouldn't be here.

I mentioned deathmatch because I believe my members shouldn't have died since you were unable of providing evidence or speaking in a cordial manner. If you're able to provide that now, hopefully you can provide it here or to the handling admin but the reasons your bringing up now have nothing to do with IC. With the rules being broke up to this point it makes more sense why your IC politics are "watered down" but hey, that's a IC problem. Just because you can't take a L doesn't mean word gets back miraculously. I've taken countless of Ls in that fashion and 9/10 it's a dead cause because there's no way of word reaching back, and who do blame? My members, as they put themselves in a position they were unable of getting out of. It ain't that deep besides missing out on a RP scenario but in your case, it led to three of your faction members dying. 98MSMC only has themselves to blame for that because they took it upon themselves to keep escalating in a 3v8. I would suggest actually finding out what your RPing because ya'll would've known how to wiggle through that situation. Instead ya'll pumped fake, another thing I learned my lesson on before lol. I can understand you to an extent but we got to remember this ain't the movies, stop thinking my members are in the wrong for assuming when the 98MSMC affiliate pulled his gun out, it was suppose to grant him some type of pass. What made the 3 of ya'll terminators, the gang ya'll portraying are known to be small so you know they got to be on their politics. As far my faction's case, we followed protocol until the end, maybe a little to much as ya'll were the unknowns around.

At this point you're just trying to make up feelings for yourself in order to portray a narrative. You got me feeling like AI discussing practice because you're referring to a video. It isn't meant to be taken IC but the clips are in regards to IC so what's the problem? A faction member made that video, if it was a problem you could've relayed a message but I know you're getting to down to the barrel of tricks you got from actually providing some type of evidence. In my experience videos like these targeted against my faction(s) led to notoriety as the time told so sorry you're feeling that way, but your welcome because I see differently. Just be cordial and real, no need to portray two personas because if this really was how you feeling, no need to call me out my name the numerous times you did. Heck, you told me to "stop crying like a lil bitch"  because I informed you to inform your member of a report up on them. Do you even want or know what being faction leadership is? JUN/25/2023 - Long story short since a active report is up in regards to this situation, 98MSMC pulls up to a area Insane Crips frequent along with other VB street gangs in attempts to sell their product. With them falling into the "Mafia Crips" brand, things escalated after a reputable from their side rushed a member of NNGC, an ally faction of Insane Crips. This interaction ended up the ones who pulled up dead after a member from their side UP a handgun. Now in order for word to get back, a good amount of digging should be done I'll assume or else questions are arisen. With Jahmir Williams, Davion Davis, and Jaymore Johnson dying this day, I'm curious to how steps were taken to finding out whodunit. When asked leadership wasn't able to provide any type of proof towards their lengthy homework assignment before pinpointing us as the targets. 

JUN/28/2023 - Members were loitering near the canals when shots erupted from the other side. Once the scenario played out members of the faction utilized the report system, finding out two PK'd members were present (Jaymore Johnson, Davion Davis), We are aware of one utilizing /mask so I don't know if that was to hide their identity but kendrick the admin confirmed. Jyreese Saints also disconnected from the server right after he died from the conflict. With how the conflicts transpired with this group thus far, members are confused and would like more context/evidence towards the faction finding out said intel. Like I stated in the player report, only evidence I received from leadership as screenshots available to the public on our faction thread. For how this was carried out, I believe it highlights a certain behavior early on my members have been exposed to since interacting. It is believed Davion Davis(Leadership) was masked in order to hide his identity since he knows he PK'd. With Jaivon Hi

Notes: - I reached out to the OP of 98MSMC in order to resolve the question marks but no avail. If proof can be provided/found towards painting the right picture of identifying/finding out who was behind the first interaction that left all their members dead, we can resolve that issue. Besides that though, Jyresse Saints still disconnected & Davion Davis/Jaymore Johnson decided they can be apart of an attack whilst being PK'd. Would like for that to be addressed and situated.
