I appreciate the comment @Napoleon but the bar has been set long before my time. Valenti has always been and will always be a team effort and if you are sticking to Los Santos Roleplay; I would urge you to continue on your mission to become part of that team.

After a week of careful consideration, I have made the difficult decision to step away from Los Santos Roleplay. Consequently, my tenure of approximately 14 years with The Valenti Crime Family will also come to an end. This decision was not made lightly, and I want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has contributed to my growth and development as a roleplayer.
Firstly, I would like to extend my deepest thanks to @Busato, whose guidance and friendship has proven absolutely invaluable throughout the years. Your dedication to everything that you do has been inspiring not only to me personally, but to us all.
Secondly, I would like to thank Jord, whose forum name I can't find—but that's fine. He probably wouldn't know how to check his fucking notifications anyway. I met this motherfucker a long time ago when Philip Decavalcante (my character) and Nicholas_Diopare (his character) was still an associate and we would juice everyone's fucking heads together for the littlest of reasons. This man has helped me in my development a lot and some of my best and grittiest memories within Los Santos Roleplay have one of his characters standing next to mine, likely doing the killing or the cutting. (You sick fuck)
Thirdly, I would like to thank @Voronov because while we have not ever necessarily had the opportunity to craft pure art together directly, your exemplary roleplay ability and ideology has helped me a lot through my progression from a luxurious muthafucka into a more luxurious muthafucka. In short, while you make absolutely the most horrible decisions when it comes to laptops, your influence has been profoundly impactful, and you deserve credit for that.
Fourth, a special mention goes to @Adam_Ottone. Although not necessarily on Los Santos Roleplay anymore, you have and will always be Valenti. Your support through The D'Aquila Crime Family and giving me the opportunity to serve as a Captain for the first time have been incredible experiences for me. Granted, I fucking killed it but... it was you that provided me the opportunity. So I'd say you deserve at least a little credit.
Fifth, I know @Francis_Giansello (I love you too motherfucker) will love me for this one but I'm a loyal motherfucker and will always be. Despite the opinions of him, Vincent Malacci who has helped me a fuck ton and I'll always have that Arab motherfucker's back even if it's me and him against the world. I doubt he'll ever get to read this as he's probably busy studying Hussein's history but I love you bro. Stay up. And thanks for all the hours of prank calls and laughs on Skype.
Lastly, everyone else whom I've built an unbreakable fucking bond with (special shoutout to @Michael_Dippolito who is bald in real life but compensates by making hairline jokes). Watching people like @Peter_Genusa grow from Bellomo to Valenti has been an absolute pleasure and I would like to think that I helped a little with that development. Even if I probably haven't. I'd still like to think I did. Who are we kidding? Of course I did. I'm sure I did. I also have to give a special shoutout to @Sozza who has literally always been there for me through thick and thin. I love you brother!
I have received numerous private messages from individuals both within and outside of Valenti, and I want to clarify my stance. I have loved, continue to love, and will always cherish The Valenti Crime Family. My dedication over the past decade is a testament to that loyalty and respect towards the faction and the people within it. Although there was a minor disagreement with the faction's administration regarding a particular scene and myself, I would need to be a fucking idiot to let that ruin the amazing experience I've had with this faction and the bonds I've built with the people within it.
As I move forward, I urge you all to continue the legacy we have established. Maintain the standards of excellence and camaraderie that make the Borgata, the Borgata. What makes Valenti Valenti is not necessarily the above-standard roleplay ability but rather the fact that the people within it genuinely have love for each other and have always worked for the betterment of Valenti. Our ability to reach a common ground, even through heated disagreements is what kept this faction alive for so long.
Respect to all the OGs that aren't with us anymore. (Probably literally and not literally).NB: This should also serve as my resignation from the Illegal Faction Team as well. The reason I was on Los Santos Roleplay was because I wanted to give the management one last chance to prove their worth and they've proved their worth (or lack thereof) with the alien event and the way they've been handling most issues. Thank you to those within Faction Management that tried working with me to better the server only to find a big fucking brick wall in front of us. Anyway, I'll be waiting at the next place for you all where @Adam_Ottone has very kindly prepared the future for us all. Fucking magician.

Gentlemen,
Upon reviewing the content within this report, it seems to me that this report is driven more by personal grievances than by in-character conflicts. It is evident in your tone, particularly @EGN, that you feel superior due to your alleged long-term association with the Cartel. However, this does not grant you any special standing.
Los Santos Roleplay, is a server on a mod for GTA San Andreas released in 2006 (San Andreas Multiplayer), we should have evolved far beyond the notion of seniority equating to superiority. Regardless of supposed affiliations, Los Santos Roleplay has rules that everyone must follow. If every faction strictly mimicked their real-life counterparts, many would find themselves in violation of numerous rules.
Upon reviewing the report, I found issues from both sides. Concerns regarding the portrayal of the Federatíon Del Pacifico Cartel are currently being addressed by a specific faction-handler appointed very recently to help Federatíon Del Pacifico Cartel evolve and steer themselves into the right direction under the faction handler's very capable guidance.
Ultimately, every faction has problems and we appoint faction handlers to factions that have applied for official for that specific reason. It is the faction handler's responsibility to voice our concerns (as IFT and FMC) of issues when it comes to portrayal and not another faction's.
A lot of the concerns seem to be around Ernesto Blanco's in-character actions. While I personally find it borderline stupid for Ernesto to deploy snipers and people with assault rifles without considering the presence of police helicopters on an out-of-character level, this is an in-character issue and should remain so. If Ernesto overlooks such details, it is his in-character problem and I do not see logical reason to reprimand his faction out-of-character because of what I believe to be an in-character overlook. Albeit quite a significant one.
Regarding the involvement of factions within the war from Federatíon Del Pacifico Cartel’s side, Faction Management Council, particularly @badhbh, has established strict rules and disallowed the participation of several.
The primary issue in this report appears to be the portrayal of the Federatíon Del Pacifico Cartel, which to me, is an in-character matter. Having roleplayed within La Cosa Nostra for the past 14 years, I have seen many factions poorly portray LCN. These are in-character issues, not out-of-character ones.
After reading through extensive Discord chat logs between both factions, which I find incredibly disappointing, I believe the best course of action is for both factions to cease this conflict on an out-of-character level and ignore each other's existence until both factions' leaderships can reach amicable agreements on their future interactions. If you wish to resume interacting, please send a forum PM to the Illegal Faction Council to establish, review, and accept the terms.
Furthermore, I was made aware of some members of Federatíon Del Pacifico Cartel jumping ship to MTOC. This extends to those members as well; those members are welcome to continue roleplaying with MTOC but they are to forget any involvement they have ever had with Federatíon Del Pacifico Cartel. This means that prior knowledge gained from Federatíon Del Pacifico Cartel cannot be used against them and by extension, Federatíon Del Pacifico Cartel cannot hunt for those individuals.

@Scumpy has 72 hours to reply. This is quite an open-ended report which I will be delving into piece by piece with the help of FMT where required. I will require your co-operation throughout the report and ask you to be cordial towards each other. After @Scumpy posts his reply, I will be asking my questions to both parties. It is important that only one reply is posted each and we remain on the topic at hand. No direct or indirect attacks will be tolerated.

Faction Management and the Illegal Faction Team is very well aware that Circle City Mafia has been a faction since 2015. It was Circle City Mafia’s decision to come back under the helm of the Bellantonio Crime Family instead of its own faction. During that time, Hoovers made a legitimate claim for the turf which after review and consultation, was approved by the IFT team. Hoovers hold that turf legitimately, as indicated on the Turf Map. (https://ucp.ls-rp.com/sa/map)
I find it incredibly concerning that you thought that my verdict, which I’ve consulted with Faction Management before posting, was from @CoreyNotNice. That leads me to believe that as the person (@kokaine ron) responsible for your faction on an out-of-character level, you didn’t even take the time to read the verdict on a report against the faction you authoritatively represent.
Point 4 isn’t up for consultation. Circle City Mafia is to focus on their faction’s development and forget about pressuring other factions about turf that is clearly not theirs, as indicated above. We definitely weren’t clutching at straws when we came to that conclusion.
Point 5 – everything I post is on behalf of the entirety of Faction Management, which as members of IFT, we are required to rigorously consult before coming to a verdict. Our job as members of IFT is to provide suggestions and potential directions, but we are not the ones that make the final decision. In the case of reports, it is @badhbh that makes the final call.If CCM wants to dispute/challenge W/S 92 Hoover Criminals for this turf, it would have to be through an out-of-character agreement between the two factions. The rules around the conflict will be set by IFC which both factions would have to abide by. That said, we are currently in the process of working with @Shaikh, the Head of Turf Maps, to come to some sort of compromise about this situation in particular.
The conclusion to this report is:
We were very clear that CCM should not instigate an attack on any faction and should focus on their development instead. This has clearly not been adhered to. Not only that, but the evidence very clearly shows that the area where the altercation happened, isn’t even the gas station, which is the area you were allowed to roleplay in. To make matters worse, a member of W/S 92 Hoover Criminals, reminds Circle City Mafia of the conclusion on the report to which a member of Circle City Mafia’s reply was a mere ‘don’t care’ – essentially ignoring the verdict.
For the above reasons, City City Mafia will be receiving a faction strike. Antoine Gournier will receive an admin jail for breaching the conditions of Rules of Engagement stipulated in the previous report filed by the same party.
Furthermore, we have been and will continue to closely monitor the kill counts of members of CCM (among other factions) and they span from faction members, Police Officers to civilians. We want to see these numbers lower drastically. We will be in touch with Circle City Mafia once a conclusion has been reached with @Shaikh when it comes to the turf issue.

A VISION FOR THE FUTURE
in General Discussions
Posted
I don't play anymore, but I figured I'd provide my opinion as a veteran and ex-staff member of Los Santos Roleplay.
The main problem with Los Santos Roleplay has always been one thing: staff and the lack of proper choices for the aforementioned. The staff in Los Santos Roleplay have (with some exceptions) always been people who do not quite understand roleplay on an intricate level and thereby fail to adhere to the high-quality standards that factions like Valenti (and others) have provided the server throughout the years.
There is also a huge issue that I've personally seen during my time as a staff member in Los Santos Roleplay, both recently and previously, with favoritism. Ask any of your friends who have left Los Santos Roleplay to give you two reasons why they've left. If improper management isn't the number one reason, it will undoubtedly be number two.
I think that in order for Los Santos Roleplay to survive (not prosper—that ship has sailed), staff, and more importantly management, need to become a lot more transparent about everything. But the idea that this server will grow into anything more than what it currently is should be forgotten. Those who believe that need to start thinking logically and not emotionally.
During my last run, three weeks after I left, I warned every single staff chat that I had access to and tried tagging as many management members as I could. I basically said—and I remember vividly screaming this in the microphone as well in our Illegal Faction Management meeting, where some management members were present: "Start taking care of people. You no longer have the luxury of treating people like dogs. Those people that leave are not getting replaced."
I also remember creating an Excel sheet and presenting it to staff as well, showing the percentage of player loss based on announcements released, promotions within the administration team, and other decisions that were being taken without any form of consultation with the community—like the alien event which caused the biggest drop in player-base and widespread demotivation.
In essence, Los Santos Roleplay is done. The glory days are over. You can either squeeze it for whatever it has left (and I think you absolutely should) and management does its best to retain its current player base, or call it quits and move on.
