Welcoming The New Generation

Word on the street is that Jalen Alexender was last seen with his former business partner Dexter Hill in the Downtown area. Ross is now on the look out for Dexter and his associates. Is this the beginning of a rivalry or just one big misunderstanding. Who knows.

The Introduction After a major arms deal gone bad, Jalen was shot and killed by three unknown men a couple months back. News slowly got to New York where Jalen was from. His childhood friend Jermaine "JR" Ross has came to Los Santos to continue the business and also figure out who was involved or responsible for the death of his friend. JR is a 25 year old Jewish male who grew up on the dirty and tough streets of the Bronx, New York. At age 18 JR signed up for the US Army and left home for 4 years before returning to the Bronx at age 22. During his time in the US Army he learned and mastered numerous skills that has impacted and benefited him while conducting deals. He knows what to look for and can easily spot if something is missing. JR isn’t the most friendly character, he’s extremely paranoid and suffers from mental health problems. He has great communication and negotiation skills but he’s very short tempered and spoiled.

The Downtown-Brotherhood The Downtown-Brotherhood began in the impoverished backstreets of Downtown Los Santos, founded by Jalen "Uzi" Alexender, a troubled youth who grew up on the blocks of East Los Santos, as a member of the Bishop Boulevard Bloods street gang. Combining the gang mentality and lessons learnt from his OGs, Jalen claimed to have gained "otherworldly power and knowledge." He united misfits, outcasts, and those angry at the world under a common cause: achieving dominance through fear and power. Beliefs: The brotherhood believes in a non-democratic view of society, seeking power not only through money and violence but also by gaining it through respect. They mostly operate in small crews of around two to three men while conducting arms deals and drug trafficking operations. They believe in "dead men tells no truth but the ones alive will lie"- this saying comes from killing all witness or anyone they find untrustworthy in a negotiation. They respect good connections and men who keep their promises. Once crossed they take it as the biggest insult to their respect. Members claim their loyalty is "sealed in blood," and betrayal is said to bring a curse or even death upon deserters. Structure High Priest - The leader of the gang, seen as a spiritual guide and commander. Preacher - The inner circle; trusted lieutenants who organize activities and lead negotiations. Bloodborn - Standard members who have proven their loyalty through initiations. Shadows - New recruits who must prove themselves by completing dangerous or bizarre tasks.
