Explanation (person(s) involved, backstory, conclusion, etc):

 

We, E/S Notorious Blvd Disciples, are currently in discussion for a war on turf with Hoover Locos 18. The discussion, so far, isn't currently going fairly and members of our faction are being provoked and attacked due to an incident that was evidently metagamed on Hoover Locos 18's behalf.

 

Evidence will be provided in the evidence section below. As of current, a war has broken out due to Stefano Aguayo (HL18) and Kristian Bustos (HL18) approaching a leader of my faction, Jay Campbell, and asking him to leave the area. Jay responded saying he is outside his own house, which the duo responded with a death threat. Jay ultimately killed the pair due to this. The issue that we currently have is that the rest of the HL18 faction wouldn't have known about this attack, thus resulting in no war, but they have somehow find this out IC and acted according to that with provoking and attacking.

 

The provoking element to my report is due to PKed members of their faction running around in our turf and in front of our characters, despite having died and being PKed from the war and situation, alongside the above.

 

As aforementioned, we believe the discussion occurring OOC regarding the war to keep it fair is going unfairly because HL18 is giving names of active participants in the war despite these people never having roleplayed with them before or been seen in any form of screenshots. They claimed it was people who were "in their Discord", but that ultimately doesn't result in them being active parts of their faction and thus being involved in the war.

Notes: I would like to add that the faction has completed copied and pasted their entire faction thread from Wikipedia / other sources and hasn't put in any effort to bringing their faction to life, even to the extent that they've cut off sentences accidently during copying it. It seems to myself and the other leaders of my faction that Hoover Locos 18's sole intent on the server is to start issues with other factions and ultimately deathmatch. Any form of conversation with them results in them wanting war and no ironing issues out. This is further proved by the fact that 6 of their gang members, including their leader, applied for PF licenses; in essence abusing the PF system for gang attacks.

Ultimately, we feel they're too enticed by pulling wars and killing and want to claim a turf (they informed us they were applying today) that could entirely be used for something constructive and progressive for the server. Faction thread rules state that effort must be applied into threads, which they haven't, and their entire roleplay is dedicated to PF guns and killing - their faction thread further backs that up from screenshots they've posted themselves.

Did you try to solve it with the reported faction's leaders before reporting? If so, what was the outcome? We attempted to via Discord, however a mutual conclusion didn't prevail as they were adamant they had more members active in the war than we believed.
If any, do you/your faction has any intention to end the conflict? Yes, we entirely want to dissolve the situation so my faction can grow and further develop without the risk of new members being killed and provoked.

I've had characters in almost every sector of the LS-RP roleplay scene and gang roleplay, hands down, is the most fun and intense. Maravillains in January through to March of 2016 will forever go down as the most enjoyment I have received from a video game.
