Hello everyone, I’ve recently returned to LS-RP after a long hiatus and I’m looking to dive deeper into faction roleplay. While I’ve dabbled with unofficial groups in the past, I want to commit to a proper faction this time- specifically something criminal or gang-related. I understand there’s a lot of nuance when it comes to etiquette, character development, and interacting with other players, so I’d love to get some insights from the veterans here. Faction Interaction Etiquette: What are the key do's and don’ts when joining an established faction? How can I balance being a newcomer while contributing to roleplay without stepping on any toes? Character Advancement: How do you naturally develop your character within a faction? I don’t want to rush anything but still want to make meaningful alteryx certification progress. Earning Respect IC and OOC: Any advice on how to gain trust and respect from both faction members IC and OOC? I know this can be tricky as a newer or returning player. Tips for Gang/Crime RP: If anyone has any solid tips or resources for creating believable and well-rounded gang/criminal RP characters, I’d greatly appreciate them. I’m aiming for a balance of immersion, story progression, and enjoyable interactions, so any suggestions or advice would be fantastic.
