California, a place where poor people turn rich - and rich people only turn richer. Once you hit the bottom you're guaranteed to die there. The West Coast's drug underworld's capital. The sunny side of the world, represented by Vinewood, easily overshadowing the East. A state beautiful and disgusting, safe and at the same time dangerous - depends if you know the right poeple.
