The Hop Sing Tong has a storied history in the United States going back to 1875. Originally set up as a meeting ground and place for Chinese immigrants, it soon became a place for criminal elements to set up in the land of opportunity. This major Tong has been quiet since the public murder of high profile member Benjamin Huang in 2020. With his demise, Chinese influence at the San Fierro docks and across the state as a whole, only went quieter instead of disappearing. The Hop Sing Tong is still a prevalent organization across the State of San Andreas and its' membership reaches into many facets of Chinese American society across the state. One can only wonder what they’ve been up to in the mean-time.
