Jamir Clarke was born and raised in the Nickerson Gardens public housing projects in Willowfield, Los Santos. His early life was marked by tragedy when his father, an early member of the BHB, was killed in gang violence when Jamir was just seven. His mother, caught in the throes of the opiate epidemic, was unable to care for him, leaving Jamir to be raised by his grandparents. This thread will follow the character development of Jamir "JRedd" Clarke.
