OOC Information El Monte Flores 13/Barrio Colinas is a Hispanic street gang located in Las Colinas, we only accept members who can accurately portray a Hispanic teenager who grew up more than likely impoverished and around gang violence a majority of their life, we are not interested in people who want to play purely a 'crash-out' or 'yn' character. (Rocky is in the middle) Marcus "Rocky" Washington grew up in a rough neighborhood of South Los Santos, he had always wanted to make it big and ultimately wanted to gain a lot of money. He just gave up the street gang life and is deciding to get more involved with organized crime rather than street gangs due to his ambitions of making it big and being rich, this story follows his life and what he does in a daily basis from selling drugs, shootouts and more. He aims to make it out the hood but has no plans of stopping his criminal ways, only by making money from it.
