When applying for a license to Purchase a Firearm (PF), the applicant must meet these basic requirements:

 

  • Must not have any convictions for violent misdemeanors or felonies
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pay a one-time application fee of $1000
  • Must adhere to the regulations set out in the PF Application Form
  • (( Must be level 3 at least. ))
