East Pier Social Club is an American dive bar, and a staple located in the Capital Boulevard, Strawberry. The bar is a hub for the working, blue-collar men as well as the locals around the area. 

The business will be built, and actively opening in the peak hours to serve as a staple in the server.

 

What do you plan to do with your business and what type of business is it?:

This business will serve to the public as a dive bar, it is a bar business, it sells cigars and cigarettes on the side, its a hub for the people to socialize, as a social club. 

It will have 8-ball pool tables, and enough room for anyone to vibe at.
