William Weiss is a 38 year old family man from Fort Carson, married and father of his newborn son Luke. He spent most of his life working as a mechanic and part-time delivery truck driver around Las Venturas and Bone County. His first time in prison came at the age of 37, when he was sentenced to one year for possession of a stolen vehicle and helping transport it across country lines. After his release which was 3 months ago he returned to his family who were not happy that William had been in prison at all. They began fixing things between themselves and tried to continue their lives as if nothing had happened. A few days ago, William received a call from Fort Carson Medical Center regarding his unpaid debts.
