This thread depicts a character who was part of a graffiti crew and is a huge enthusiast of the tagging scene in Los Santos.
 

Sampson Lamar, a.k.a. SHA, is a small-time “toy” from the eastern parts of Los Santos. Most of the time, he’s scheming in pawnshops and if not, he’s scratching it up, Wild Style.
 

Nobody, except his grandmother who shamelessly abandoned him, and a few school friends, is aware of his presence. Let alone his rugged history as a graffiti artist, or to the feds, as a local vandal.
