The 17th St. Boostville Crips (BVC) are a new-generation street group based in the Pico neighborhood of West Santa Monica, centered around 17th Street. Emerging after the decline of the original Graveyard Gangster Crips (GYGC) and Woodlawn Gangster Crips (WLGC), BVC17 represents a younger wave of locals carrying on the street identity tied to the area’s past. Mostly teens and young adults, the group is known for car theft, fraud, drug dealing and flipping stolen goods like shoes, electronics, and clothes. While not a traditional Crip set, BVC17 still carries influence from GYGC’s legacy and remains active within the same territory near Woodlawn Cemetery.

Percy Coleman is a 17-year-old local from the 17th Street side of Pico in Santa Monica, just another neighborhood kid trying to find his place. He lives at home with his mom, skips school here and there, and mostly kicks it around the block. Percy isn’t flashy or loud, but he’s always in the mix posted up, watching, learning. Influenced by the streets and the older names tied to the Graveyard Crips, he reps the set out of loyalty, not ego. He’s not trying to be a leader or a hitter  he’s just moving with his people, shaped by the same streets that raised him.

Cameron "Tiny Blu-Flame" Burley is a 17-year-old from Santa Monica’s Pico neighborhood, known for his quiet intensity and sharp, calculating mind. A limp in his right leg hints at the car crash that changed everything when he was just 13 — the same accident that left his mother paralyzed. With his father locked away soon after, Cameron stepped into adulthood early, carrying the weight of his family on his back. Now the steady hand behind the Boostville Crips, Cameron moves differently than most, less talk, more action. Whether he’s making plays in the streets or watching over his own, everything he does is with purpose. He's not in it to be flashy. He’s in it to survive and to make sure the people he cares about do too.

Character Name: Brian Gaulden
Age: 16
Brief Character Background: Brian Glauden was born and raised on East Beach by his mother and father in one of the worst parts of Los Santos. Despite the struggles, his parents tried to keep him out of trouble and focused on school. Things fell apart when his father violated his parole and got caugh with a firearm and 2 ounces of cocaine in his car, leading him back to prison. With his mother unable to handle things on her own she sent him down to Santa Maria to live with his auntie on the West Side. He now shares a home with his older cousin, Fionna Boyd, who's affiliated with the Woodlawn Gangster Crips.
