Carlos wasn’t always a drifter, nor a Nomad. Once, he proudly wore the patch of the Palomino Chapter, a place he called home.
Only a month ago, chapter fell, most of his brother were dragged away in cuffs.

Only a handful slipped through the chaos. Carlos was one of the few who got away.

Carlos, once a devoted Catholic, finds himself drawn back to the old church in Palomino.
It stands as a memory, of what he used to be, a man of faith.
Now, torn and broken, he stands outside its doors, unable to step inside.
