Nocturnal is a private investigative and media agency based in Los Santos, providing discreet investigative services and public investigative reporting. The company focuses on corporate, civilian, and public-interest cases, combining field investigations, analytical research, and media publication. Operations are strictly IC and maintain full compliance with LS-RP rules regarding commands, vehicles, and IC interactions. For now we have no current thread for the rebrand, but this idea serves an expansion to Nakamura Solutions, which was born as an idea after I got accepted for the detective side-job. Since then this has been my main focus and I've hired members relevant to this job. Unfortunately the real estate business is complicated due to complex ownerships so flipping properties is not something that's profitable or engaging players. If we get accepted I'll rebrand and start a new thread for our company and I promise it's going to be beautiful.
Instead of trying to expand from the real estate business I want to focus on one direct task and that will be investigative media and solutions. As to follow the rules I'm applying for this company separately as a rebrand to Nakamura and I wish to retain all the current scripts and functionalities I have.

Yes. Nocturnal Investigations is an expansion/rebrand of Nakamura Property Group, which currently operates in real estate, pawn and private investigations. Existing assets, vehicles, and script will be retained while the company shifts focus solely to investigative and media operations.

What vehicles do you wish to start with? (Max 2): 

• Sentinel – Surveillance & investigative operations.

• Yosemite – Transport and field operations.
  The above are already owned by Nakamura and I don't request any additional vehicles at this time.
   

How do you plan on running and developing the company?:
Nocturnal Investigations will operate as a discreet, private investigative and media agency. The company plan includes:

1. Phase 1 – Establish Investigative Branch:

   • Launch private investigations and surveillance operations for IC clients.

   • Investigate popular public cases to gain reputation as a reliable source of truth.

   • Conduct field research and gather evidence for ongoing cases.

2. Phase 2 – Develop Media Operations:

   • Publish IC reports and investigative media content under the company brand.

   • Build a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and discretion.

3. Phase 3 – Full Operational Expansion:

   • Formalize investigative and media teams with clear IC ranks and responsibilities.

   • Tie company property to scripts for HQ, offices, and case operations.

   • Maintain monthly activity reports, case summaries, and public media releases as required by the company system.
