We are determined to realistically portray a group of hustlers evolving into a properly organized crime group. We also aim to provide quality roleplay without breaching the rules of engagement. If you wish to join this faction, you may do so by contacting either -> @BigJer or @veles -> where you'll provide permission to faction higher-ups to CK your character if needed. Alternatively, you may approach us ICly, and develop your character from there.
