The Downtown-Brotherhood

The Downtown-Brotherhood began in the impoverished backstreets of Downtown Los Santos, founded by Jalen "Uzi" Alexender, a troubled youth who grew up on the blocks of  East Los Santos, as a member of the Bishop Boulevard Bloods street gang. Combining the gang mentality and lessons learnt from his OGs, Jalen claimed to have gained "otherworldly power and knowledge." He united misfits, outcasts, and those angry at the world under a common cause: achieving dominance through fear and power.

Beliefs:

The brotherhood believes in a non-democratic view of society, seeking power not only through money and violence but also by gaining it through respect. They mostly operate in small crews of around two to three men while conducting arms deals and drug trafficking operations. They believe in "dead men tells no truth but the ones alive will lie"- this saying comes from killing all witness or anyone they find untrustworthy in a negotiation. They respect good connections and men who keep their promises. Once crossed they take it as the biggest insult to their respect.  Members claim their loyalty is "sealed in blood," and betrayal is said to bring a curse or even death upon deserters.
