Briefly explain why you need to use a VPN/proxy to play LS-RP: I want to use VPN on my end since I have higher pings and to test if I have better ping with VPN on, if it is still the same results then maybe I'll stick to laggy experience as long as I can adjust and time it where it don't really lag on peak timezone of the server itself.
