The Idlewood Hotline.

Recommended Posts

Late last night, Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) executed a successful drug bust in the Idlewood neighbourhood, a known hotspot for gang-related activity. Acting on an anonymous tip and weeks of surveillance, officers raided a suspected drug house near the intersection of Grove Street and Idlewood Blvd.

Authorities confirmed the seizure of large quantities of narcotics, including crack cocaine, methamphetamine, and several unregistered firearms. Three suspects, all believed to be affiliated with a local street gang, were arrested at the scene without incident.

“This operation sends a clear message—we are cracking down on illegal drug activity in Idlewood and throughout Los Santos,” said LSPD spokesperson Sgt. Ricardo Velasquez.

Neighbours reported hearing helicopters overhead and the sound of flashbangs during the early morning raid. The suspects are currently in custody and face multiple charges including drug trafficking, illegal possession of firearms, and gang affiliation.

Investigators say the bust is part of an ongoing effort to dismantle a larger drug distribution network operating in the city.
