Briefly explain why you need to use a VPN/proxy to play LS-RP:

Since the beginning of February I have been experiencing very severe lag spikes, oftentimes occurring within a mere 10 minutes gap, in many cases disconnecting my session (both GTA and TeamSpeak). Tried every solution in the book and beyond. Chief of my faction (and game admin) who's from the same country said he's tried using VPN and it somewhat improved his situation. I need to try too
