Café Troyka restaurant, cafe and bar has been pioneering Eurasian, Caucasian & Israeli cuisine in Los Santos since 2013 we first opened our doors in 2013, Café Troyka is family owned and operated bistro located in the affluent neighborhood of Marina in Los Santos city. We offer a home away from home for our many customers in the cities' exaptriate community, while also giving a taste of the exotic to our cities' locals.

 

We offer an array of specialty dishes made from scatch that you won't find anywhere else! Our Russian specialties include; Borscht Soup, Chicken Kiev & the delicacy that is Veal Prince Orloff, Tender Beef Shashliks, Lamb Chanahki and delicious Blini pancakes represent the Caucasian tradition within our kitchen. While our Israeli style Baba ghanoush, falafel and real homemade hummous are known for miles around.

 

Our Chefs have over two decades of experience, bringing a taste of their homelands and sharing it with Los Santos. They prepare all dishes from scratch and in house each day. We only use the freshest ingredients and source everything from veg, meat and supplies locally. While the Café Troyka bar sources our artisan liqeuers, wines, spirits and beers from far and wide, from Yerevan to Moscow and Tel Aviv to Tbilisi, we stock only the best of best in international alcohol.

 

Café Troyka is open for lunch and dinner daily and our bar opens late every weekend! We also offer takeaway, catering, delicatessen and wholesale services! While the Café Troyka bar often plays host to live entertainment and music.
