It currently saddens me, it is with great disappointment that I find myself needing to address the recent ban I received, which I believe to be unfair and not in line with the quality of roleplay that we, as a faction, aim to bring to this server.

Two faction members (including me) and others helping us when we were shot by Harlow & Winona (+ possibly their allies as well), were banned for "Mass DM" after a shootout where we were the only group left standing, following an attack by members of an opposing faction led by Aidan Mills and Jamari (and others). We survived it. This group, which claims to be a drug trafficking organization, consistently acts and speaks like a gang, despite denying any affiliation with one. They often log in for only 2-3 hours a day, not as a legitimate faction, but as a group mostly consistent of idlerats posting up at the Idlewood gas station selling drugs, screenshots & videos group, NOT FACTION. In doing so, they continuously provoke my faction by attempting to push us off our own turf, creating a tense and hostile environment.

During a recent incident, my faction was ambushed while we were 9 members strong (not counting 3-4 others who weren't in my faction). The opposing group rolled up with just 2 members and started spraying at us, which made no sense at all. Powergaming if you ask me, but whatever, right? 30 minutes after that, we get back, the ones that didn't get shot and survived. Many of my faction members lost their weapons, and I was barely able to escape. After regrouping and recovering, we returned to engage them, only to be banned for "Mass DM." However, the very group that has been provoking us, deathmatching, revenge killing, and exploiting game mechanics with aimbots and godmode while brawling continues to go unpunished.

I cannot understand why we are penalized for defending ourselves (FOR THE ONE TIME, because their members had more weapons than us in the beginning, THE FIRST TIME WE ACTUALLY GET BACK ON MORE THAN 1 OF THEM after so many incidents, we get back on more than one member, for the first time... AND ROLL UP ON pretty much 5-6 PLAYERS, of the 8-9 who CONSTANTLY come to PROVOKE US, PK, RK, ETC) while those who constantly break the rules face no consequences. On top of this, I've been personally affected by random deathmatching over the past few weeks, losing 8 weapon packages, including an MP5. One particular incident three days ago involved a player mass deathmatching when no admins were online, and even when confronted by an admin afterward, the excuse given was that the player was “trying to rob them.” It’s hard to believe that someone was trying to rob 8 people, all of whom started shooting back in self-defense. When I told him that it saddens me and that I would like to report the admin for such poor managing, he replied to me with "is that a threat?" Yeah, I didn't mean it, I cba, to be honest, and it annoyed me how poor the situaiton was managed, I mean, triggerhappy DMs get away with shit all the time, the one time I actually pull up on these trolls we get banned?

It’s incredibly frustrating to see my faction punished for retaliating against rule-breakers, while those who consistently disrupt roleplay with DM and exploits are allowed to roam free. As a long-time player of Los Santos Roleplay since 2015, it’s disheartening to see how the quality of roleplay has declined. It feels as though certain players are being protected, and the admins are turning a blind eye to these issues.

I’m not asking for special treatment, but I do request that my ban be reconsidered. I also ask for a thorough review of the actions of the other faction, who continue to provoke and break server rules without facing any repercussions. This isn’t just for my faction's benefit but for the overall health and fairness of the server. We all want to foster a community that encourages high standards of roleplay, and I believe that by addressing these ongoing issues, we can restore that.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I trust that we can come to a fair resolution that benefits everyone and strengthens the roleplaying experience for all players.
