Shamrock Cleaning Solutions - SCS ☘️

-As luck will have it, we dispose of waste! Stay green for a better tomorrow.-

Shamrock Cleaning Solutions, or SCS is an Irish-Owned company formed by Paddy McGraw and Tommy Collins as representatives of the GWG franchise, the first business under that umbrella being the Ol' Shamrock Boozer. Noticing a desire and need for cleaning the streets of Los Santos and the surrounding areas, the duo decided to form the SCS in order to fuffil a niche not met by others. This gap in the waste management industry would be a premier starting point for the fledgling corporation with aspirations of grandeur moving forward, with concepts of direct government servicing as a sub-contract moving forward. These services would benefit everyone, with cleaner streets, further means of employment for the residents of Los Santos and as a result, a safer, kinder and more comfortable city.

Future plans of SCS

Shamrock Cleaning Solutions aims to provide service to businesses, companies and the government as sub-contractors to dispose of any waste they have. This can be from small loads of waste to multi truck loads. SCS wants a cleaner surroundings in the city and a greener tomorrow. Their aim to keep waste on the street to a minimum and also work with government in the future in removing waste from the ocean as the sea is contaminated with plastics and other toxic waste that affects the animals and the beautiful view the city has to offer.

They want to give a platform for new citizens in the city to start working and set themselves up. Their biggest goal of employment is to give individuals who have had a past with criminal records and are willing to change their ways and start being good civilians. They will always encourage staff to work harder with the primary factor of motivation to be promotion and or money prizes.

What we plan to teach the population of Los Santos

The goal of Shamrock Cleaning Solutions is to teach the Los Santos residents the big 7 R's of Waste Management. They are as follows:

1. Rethink
Become a more conscious consumer. Take a step back to think about your consumption & waste habits and their impacts on the environment.

2. Refuse
Say “no” to products you don’t need or won’t use. Before purchasing things, consider the benefits and costs. Feel empowered to go against consumer culture and not buy anything at all.

3. Reduce
Lower the amount you buy & how often you buy. Borrow things when you can. Look for items that last longer and have many uses.

4. Reuse
Upcycle items you would typically throw away. Get many uses out of the things you buy. Avoid single-use items, especially those made of plastic. Get creative using what you already own! Avoid single use Coffee cups when your running to work. Buy a reusable mug which will be better for the environment and also better fro your pocket as it will save your money and also keep your beverage hotter for longer.

5. Repair
Learn how to repair everyday items instead of buying new ones. Try to fix things before throwing them out. Get crafty and join the “Repair Movement“. Rather than throwing away a broken chair, gain the knowledge to fix it or support your local craftsmen and allow them to repair it.

6. Re-gift
Share in the wealth and pass on a gift you’ve received, but won’t necessarily use, to someone else who could use it. Donate old clothing and old furniture to the homeless shelters. Help the rapidly growing homeless crisis within in Los Santos.

7. Recycle
Give your products a new purpose by recycling them. Learn to properly sort recycling and garbage. Look for items made of recycled goods when shopping.
