Briefly explain why you need to use a VPN/proxy to play LS-RP: I didn't want to fully explain in my request for previous VPN permission, but I think I have to. VPN permission has nothing to do with the reason for prohibition because I can get caught even if I use VPN. I put my own weapon into the other account and caught me, and it has nothing to do with VPN. I always use VPN because I enter banned sites. There are many banned sites in my country and we do some work here with my back team. I need to use VPN to access, and I spend most of my time playing LSRP and surfing on these sites. So I need VPN permission, otherwise I can reserve a small part of my time for the server. I'm not eager to not use VPN because I don't want to stay apart from my friends.

It's not been so long ago since you have got denied and you have another request. You are not gonna be granted any VPN permissions, you already have a recent ban and untrusted account display. Refrain from posting another request in a short time of span.
