Have you created and completed an account on Home - Los Santos Roleplay ?

Have you created a character over the UCP after passing the quiz?

- Has that character been accepted?

 

Also, if all the above are complete, in your "Name" area in SAMP, you must have your UCP nickname, as shown below.
