This thread will showcase the newly emerging street gang going by the name ''Elbert Street Trece'', this is a fresh off the porch fictional Mexican street gang that reside in the Elbert Street area of Willowfield. The gang will be starting from the very bottom and will be showcasing the gritty life of the Varrio with poverty stricken conditions and doing anything to make a quick buck such as drug dealing and robberies.
