Can't Log In

I'm getting this error when I'm logged in. I can log in, but I can just stay like few seconds. It's a paradox.

Yes. It's always the same. Not only LS-RP.

I solved problem by using VPN. I'm trying to connect from Turkey. But with VPN, I'm getting too much ms. Can you guys recommend me a free to use VPN?
