LFA Merges With Los Santos Logistics, Forms New Powerhouse: Exora Capital

                                                                                                                                  By R. Rodarte

LOS SANTOS, SAN ANDREAS After months at the top of the San Andreas fight game, the Los Santos Fighting Association (LFA) is officially hitting pause. The shift, however, is less of an ending and more of an evolution. LFA has merged with Los Santos Logistics (LSL), a regional freight and trucking heavyweight, and the two are now operating under a new name: Exora Capital.

The announcement caught some fans off guard, but according to LFA founder Thiago Bezerra, the move has been in the works for a while.

“This started as the Los Santos Fighting Association,” Bezerra said. “A small MMA organization with one goal: put on great fights and build a real community. LFA grew into LFA Group, expanding into casinos, a news agency, a car dealership, a nightclub, and multiple properties across Los Santos. Even as we grew, our philosophy stayed the same: build strong communities and deliver excellence. Now, LFA Group has merged with Los Santos Logistics to form Exora Capital. This isn’t the end of fighting. The fight spirit, grit, and ambition is still in our DNA. With the legacy of LFA and the strength of LSL behind us, Exora Capital is ready to lead, innovate, and shape the future."

An Unmatched Fight Legacy

Since launching in 2024, LFA didn’t just run fights — it ran the scene. Weekly events were sharp, professional, and packed. From high-end venues in Los Santos to wild nights in Las Venturas, LFA built a loyal base and left every other promotion in the dust.

One rival league out in Flint County tried to go toe-to-toe, hosting outdoor fights in the middle of nowhere. It didn’t go well. Between the unlicensed setups, zero crowd control, and clouds of mosquitos swarming the ring, the thing became a running joke. Fans who showed up once rarely came back.

LFA thrived by doing the opposite — good fighters, real rules, and just enough showmanship to keep it fun.

Of course, not every fighter was a superstar. John Lawson, for example, is remembered mostly for not winning — or doing much of anything, really. His short-lived run became something of a meme within the community. On the flip side, Edmund Camp, known as “The American Hero,” carved out a legacy as one of the toughest, most respected names in San Andreas combat sports. A former military man with a steel chin and a crowd-winning style, Camp became a fan favorite not just for how he fought, but for how he carried himself.

Beyond the Cage

When Camp eventually hung up the gloves, he didn’t disappear — he just picked up a mic. He moved into commentary, teaming up with longtime rival and good friend Mark Lim, forming one of the most beloved duos in the LFA broadcast booth. Their chemistry, sharp insights, and occasional digs at each other became half the reason fans tuned in.

Now, with the formation of Exora Capital, Camp’s role has taken another leap. He’s been brought on as an executive — a move that surprised no one who’s been following his post-fight hustle.

Outside the boardroom, Camp’s been making headlines for something a little less expected: the grand opening of his adult retail business, Sodom Sex Toys, right on Star Street in downtown Los Santos. The launch drew a crowd and more than a few raised eyebrows, but in true Edmund Camp fashion, he took it in stride — cracking jokes, posing for photos, and reminding everyone that, yes, he’s still full of surprises.

What’s Next for Exora?

Details on Exora Capital’s plans are still under wraps, but both Bezerra and Camp have made one thing clear: the fighting spirit isn’t going anywhere.

“We’re not shutting anything down,” Bezerra said. “We’re shifting gears. The fight game is still in our blood — now we’ve just got more ways to play it.”

With the logistics backbone of LSL and the legacy of LFA behind it, Exora Capital could be setting the stage for something entirely new — a hybrid of business, entertainment, and raw ambition. What exactly that looks like remains to be seen.
