GTA wont load in samp server list

I was in the server during the week, closed it out for an hour to do some irl stuff, when I turned on my pc again and when I opened the samp server list to connect to the server and hit connect literally nothing happens it shows the loading icon by the cursor for a split second as if it's trying to load up but won't take me in game and stuck at the samp server list. I've uninstalled samp and gta sa from steam and installed it all again so I have a base game with no mods or nothing added and still have this issue. Anyone know what this could be?

Try to check the Task Manager if there's any gta_sa.exe hanging on the system. Despite the fact that you reinstalled the game, that can happen sometimes
Second, try to make fresh start on PC. Click on Windows, then Shut Down. Click Shut Down while holding Shift. It will make a fresh start if you have a laptop, meaning if there's any processes that prevent GTA for launching will be executed.

I've tried every which way possible, only way i'm thinking is try get someones game files and replace them with mine and see if it works that way for someones game that works other than that idea i'm actually dumbfounded as to what happened

Sounds like a SAMP Version issue.

Post screenshots of what the game shows you, so we can try and help.

it was due to the codsmp new update, I fixed it, thanks tho
