HP bars blurry after enabling Anti-Aliasing?

I've come across this bug that's really annoying and I can't seem to find a solution. When I turn on Anti-Aliasing option so that my game doesn't look like Minecraft, my hp bars become blurry as you can see in the screens. I've tried different methods to use a different option for Anti-Aliasing and everything, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know a solution to this?
