STEPHEN DELSANTI a/k/a SANDY, LITTLE SANDY DELSANTI

In 2002, Lil Sandy was a loser. His biggest claim to fame was hanging around with Ray Santaguida, whose own claim to fame was his cousin, Peter Genusa, eventually got made. He grew up rough without a father, to a Heroin addicted mother and had to battle his way through school with a severe learning disability. Quite tragic, really... Sandy soon turned to criminal activity to feed a drug habit of his own. He resorted to petty theft, particulary shop lifting. He was actually pretty good at that; stealing silverware, bed sheets, clothing, whatever. Sandy knew how to make a buck but drugs have a nasty habit of taking control of your finances.

Lil Sandy and Ray Santaguida (or Tarzan) hung around the "7 Club", some shit hole on the east side. There was always trouble around there but Sandy and Ray got themselves hooked up in some pretty nasty business. There was violence, specifically gunplay. Sandy was having problems of his own, too. Girl problems... But Sandy doesn't like to talk about that. Instead, he would snort Cocaine. Later on Raymond 'Tarzan' Santaguida was murdered. Sandy never knew why, he simply vanished. That shit happened all the time and it really is a wonder Delsanti survived this long. He was a bum. Sandy's never had a real job his entire life. He bragged about it. Despite never amounting to anything good, it seems there are still people who remember him...

Little Sandy starting hanging around the Full Moon gentlemen's club. There he could mingle with all kinds of wannabes from the street. Wannabes like Richie Parella whom he met after touching base with 'Luno' Genusa. Parella was a small time bookmaker, known around town for sports betting. He and Sandy got to talking, and with another, plotted to turn over some jewelry store in Market... Good money. Little Sandy went along with the plan, never one to turn down a score.

So Richie failed to pull through with the money he owes Sandy. Some bullshit about contacts in San Fierro. With Sandy's trouble gambling and simply paying his debts, he was struggling for paper. It got Sandy thinking... about other people. Everybody has somethin' going on. It was about time Little Sandy got somethin' going on. But first he had to go see Luno.

One of the pros of hanging around Pete's club was there was a lot of strange woman coming and going. Some who were interested in making money, the gritty way. The opportunity was too good for Sandy to pass up on. After all, he has plenty of experience with whores. He's lived with a few...

Arnie Gionna, an old friend of Sandy's from back in his shoplifting days. Another guy who knew what he was doing with the girls, despite what his looks would have you believe. It's strictly business of course. The pair planned on escorting the girls to their clients and then would sit by and provide protection... It would net them a lot of cash and it was very easy. They weren't even the ones who had to do the work.
