**Backstory:**
Kejuan and Sejuan Tejada were born to Carlito “Big Lito” Tejada and Tiana “Tia” Tejada. The twins are the youngest of four. Their sisters, Tasha “Tashy” Tejada and Tamara “Tammy” Tejada, currently reside in the Las Venturas district of San Andreas. Tasha is older than Tamara. The sisters are known to visit from time to time, especially on holidays and birthdays.

Their father, Carlito, a notorious cocaine trafficker of the East Jefferson district who lived on Exton Ave, was arrested when they were only 12 years old. He’s currently serving 25 years to life for multiple charges, including conspiracy to traffic across city lines and numerous violations of possession of firearms. His case is still ongoing as he basically fights the law for his life.

Their mother, Tiana, of African American descent, is a typical stay-at-home mom. She currently lives off the money left by Carlito after his incarceration. Tiana does locals' hair in her house as she is gradually working on opening her own salon in the Jefferson Swap Meet. Due to Carlito’s lawyer fees, the money Tiana has stashed is running low. She usually counts on her twins to take care of household expenses, the same as she did with their father before he was arrested.

The twins are well known around the Jefferson area, usually hanging around Washington Street all the time. They preferred East Washington due to its easy access to the alley behind their house.

Some locals compare the twins to the Ying and Yang concept based on Pop Off’s arrogance and Smokey’s chilled manner. It is said when they’re both together, trouble follows. They’re simply a product of their environment.

At the age of 13, the twins were arrested for Grand Theft Auto, reckless endangerment with a vehicle, driving with falsified documents, and possession of narcotics. They were sentenced to 3 years in the Los Santos Juvenile Detention Center.

While incarcerated, the twins wreaked **havoc** on anyone who disrespected Jefferson. No one could disrespect their neighborhood without facing consequences. **NO ONE!**

Carlito’s mother, Mrs. Lisa Tejada, died in the second year of the twins' incarceration, and approximately the fourth year of Carlito’s. Coroners' death reports claimed a heart attack, but many who knew her personally say differently. Many say she died of a broken heart due to her son and grandsons' incarceration. She loved the twins with all her heart. Literally.

Carlito “Big Lito” Tejada still keeps in touch with his family via visits and phone calls. He is known to call his wife Tiana every night, whether to discuss matters or have phone sex via his burner prison phone.
