George "Gee Owe" Lowman

Age: 15

Background Story:

George Lowman is an African American teen who has been through a lot starting from his early ages. His father died in a hit-and-run accident when he was twelve years old leaving him without a parent or an income earner, such responsibilities were left for his mother to take care of. In the crime-infested Eastside Los Santos area, where the Eastside Hustler Crips wield authority, his mother also has to work in two places and in different shifts so that they don’t starve.

George finds it hard not to get into trouble since he was born to a cruel world despite his mother's attempts at controlling his behaviors towards wrong directions. He is in high school, where he has a reputation of being highly bright man who can crack jokes easily. His evenings are passed with friends from school or even those children who come from his estate. Recently George began selling little portions of marijuana among his pals so as to help fend for his family hence bringing him nearer the bad side of the streets.

George dreams of a better future and has passion for technology. In his free time, he loves learning about computers and coding. His teachers recognize his potential and attempt at directing him to various opportunities that may help him to break out from poverty and violence cycle. The have made George grow up fast after the death of his father and the demands of the surrounding area but he is still optimistic that one day he will be able to get his family out of tough situations.

Trapped in his world's brutality and his dreams for light at the end of the tunnel, George Lowman is marked by a combination of perseverance and hope, trying at all times to reconcile the harsh conditions around him and the dreams he has of achieving his targets.
