VPN Request

My wifi is special for some reason, living in a third world country, thats no surprise. I can still browse and stuff just fine, but I cant join any servers. This even includes voice chats, but using a VPN solves this. I can join online games and vcs with a vpn on. I cant even join a roblox game, thus I need a vpn on. Heres the problem, your server, and many servers on SAMP have a anti-vpn. I tried to do small fixes, like changing the DNS and some command prompts but it still dont work. Someone help
