The short of what happened previously is Leroy was discharged from the Marine Corps at 40 years of age and returned to Los Santos seeking private security work. One thing led to another and he ended up working security for the Zacatecas Cartel. Leroy tried to avoid the criminal side of the group but he found himself gradually being dragged deeper in. Here is the link to the Zacatecas Cartel page which contains much of Leroy's previous RP. The continuation: Leroy rekindled previous business relationships (security) with Cacique at La Communidad. Ramon "El Salvaje" calls a meeting to redirect the efforts of his associates back towards bringing in money through the businesses. Lautaro picks up a new 'eccentric' assistant.
