Simplified Joining Guide.

1. ) Application: First of all, you need to succeed and pass your application on Los Santos Roleplay.
 

2. ) Install GTA San Andreas: Make sure you have the original GTA San Andreas installed (not the remastered version).
 

3.) Download SA-MP 0.3 DL-R1:  Los Santos Roleplay uses this older version of SAMP because it lets you use custom skins and has a lot of features that the newer versions don’t support.. Download it from a trusted source like the SAMP forums (link below).

4.) NAME: Open SAMP and in the middle bar, enter your UCP name instead of your in-game name (for example, use SocratesMoz instead of Socrates_Michaelides).
 

5.) Add the Server: Click the ✅ ( its orange on samp ) button, add the server's IP server.ls-rp.com:7777 , and click connect.
 

6.) Log In: Remember, no one from LSRP staff will ever ask you for your password, so keep it safe!

For people that have GTA San Andreas on STEAM and can't install SAMP - you have to downgrade the version. I used this https://gtaforums.com/topic/927016-san-andreas-downgrader/

If you have problems on STEAM - you can only join the in-game on the old-school version of GTA: San Andreas not the "Definitive Edition" one.
