    Several key issues I see at the moment:

     

    - Slow development. Server updates are becoming even more rarer as the time goes, and so far these updates are minor and small. I don't know if it's because the developers busy or perhaps they are working on several big projects to release them all at once. I hope it's the second option. 

     

    - Communication. Ever since Sal went on LOA, communication has been down a lot. No more staff meetings, no more news from the management. Again, I really hope this is silence before something big from their side. But players don't like silence.

     

    - Incomplete economy. Some people complain that the realistic economy model is bad. I personally think that it is good, but certain things are either missed out or done the wrong way. For example, car prices are wrong - some of them are too expensive, some are way too cheap. Rental car system is done terribly wrong - it's 20 times too cheap, there's absolutely no accountability, etc. Basically $20 burner cars that you can use for anything without any consequences, which also fucks up things for taxi businesses and transit schemes. Lack of ability to sell/scrap cars, etc.

     

    - Surplus of LEO. I'll be lynched for this, but there's too much players in PD/SD - most evenings 1/4-5th of the server are on duty officers. That's something you'd see in a C&R server. There's no challenge for the LEO players and they way overpower illegals - forcing them to RP in enclosed circles somewhere in interiors. Not to mention that most of the LEO players are actually good roleplayers and could really be much more useful in other legal non-LEO and illegal factions, as well as businesses.

    Shootings are happening at such a big rate that it just isn't fun anymore. You about to be caught? How about I shoot myself out of this situation. Teamspeak is way overused and casual OOC talks are now happening in IC TAC channels. There is zero oversight on the use of force of LEO's since there is no requirement for people to file reports on questionable shootings or suspects who die during their arrest (apart from the very few supervisors who can be on scene). Normally IA would review those reports and investigate if it's fishy. I can go on and on but I honestly think it's subpar and should need a drastic review. 

    I've never experienced the whole OOC talks happening in IC TAC channels, that sounds like a thing you should approach ES about. We try to keep everything text-based as best as we can and clear TACs as soon as pursuits end. The whole "use of force file reports" have never been a thing on LS-RP and that sounds like a suggestion, you should approach ES about. I'm pretty sure the ES team is open for suggestions and feedback to improve the faction because they're constantly trying to get feedback on the faction every single month if you seen the announcements.

    Playing Current gen. The grind is long and dumb, it's like grinding to Elite/Legend every season which is a lot of work. I spent the first few weeks grinding on MyCareer for my badges so I basically missed my chance to hit level 40 this season, it's a joke. I thought it was going to be easy and you had to do challenges to level up but it's the same old rep system on grinding My-points in the park along with taking advantage of the 2X rep events. I don't regret buying the game cause it is fun to me but if you're not trying to become an upcoming streamer or content creator, don't waste your time grinding to level 40 every season cause it's not worth driving a go-kart around the park lol. They made hella changes compared to 2K21 and that's the only bright side of the game.
