Screenshots are not mandatory in this group.
One could progress and reach leadership position without posting a single screenshot.
I personnally enjoy displaying the development of my character, so I post screenshots even though it's an heavy task, that's also why I understand the burden it is to edit them. Because the server's playerbase is much older now and have alot of real life responsabilities to handle, I'd rather have people taking time to be in-game actively roleplaying and keeping the community alive instead of being on photoshop editing screenshots.
I am a player on LS:RP since 2010. Before 2013-14 Most of the game was in character, then screenshot culture showed up and ruined a good part of the fun for many people.
I'm trying to offer an alternative to people.
In this group, the only thing that matters is what happens in-character, in the game.
