it just looks retarded and funny as fuck imo. i think this will be fixed when we have more players rp around the map, prob rn all cops are in davis bcuz theres nothing else to do so they be on gangs dick... i havent seen in any rp server in my life this cops to civs/crims ratio in davis tbh, im not even pissed rn cuz i havent been affected by it but just my opinion

 

 

We've taken the appropriate measures to ensure we're keeping patrol to a minimum in those areas. We'll continue to evaluate and take proactive measures to keep a fair balance between PD and criminals. Naturally, this will also be solved with an increasing playerbase and more businesses/factions opening up in the western part of the city, however- we'll do what we can now to ensure a fun and realistic space for all parties involved.

You're more than likely talking about a mutual aid pursuit between PD and SD. Most, if not all supervisors in PD know having 19 cruisers in a pursuit line is not how that's meant to be done (pursuit lines are called code four, etc).

There's plenty of crime and with Davis and Jamestown being a hot spot, it's only natural for there to be a high police presence. We've taken measures to lighten up and ensure the playing field is both fair for criminals and police officers in terms of camping. The high presence is there because of the ridiculous amount of shootings that go on and that's how it goes w/ neighborhoods IRL.

We're now shifting the focus to the community to gain additional insight on any areas that you believe may need improvement or be addressed.

How many more times are you going to 'underestimate' the work left? It's been another two months with absolutely nothing. How can you justify this kind of response when you can see very clearly the VAST MAJORITY of the community is clearly fed up of the missed deadlines, lies and false promises. If something requires months of extra work, surely Mmartin knows this before making announcements?

 

I understand how game development works, it's a long process and sometimes dates change. But most communicate frequently with their playerbase, most are reasonably transparent about what's causing the delays but here? It's been excuse after excuse with ZERO communication, if we're lucky..a quarterly update that doesn't tell us anything we don't already know and sets a new 'target' which is inevitably missed. There's simply no excusing this. I'm simply dumfounded that you see people pointing out valid concerns as hate, all you've done is reply with smart ass responses instead of properly addressing community concerns. It's fucking abysmal.

 

I think we can be appreciative of the little steps towards improving the transparency to the community.
