Good job on that Platinum Cars. I love its location also. Gives me some Ocean Drive vibes driving past it on the highway.

If you've submitted a ticket via the request-support channel on discord, it will be handled if you give it some time. Only certain staff members can assist with account related issues.

On the ls-rp discord there's a channel called request-support under support-center. I made a ticket there recently for something account related and got the help I needed. That would be my advice for you as well.
