You can still join it's not necessarily for bikers only but also people who are RPing around that scene.

Yes, I don't think this should be limited only to dogs/cats (pets in general) but farm animals too like cows and chicks.

Honestly having people to apply for cars is ridiculous. I'd say have super-rare exotic cars put up in auctions like Xanakin suggested and the other less rare super cars should be available in dealerships but should priced accordingly so that only those who are actually rich can buy them.
