  1. MEXICAN TRANSNATIONAL CRIMINAL ORGANIZATIONS (MTCO)s pose the greatest crime threat to the United States and have “the greatest drug trafficking influence,” according to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA’s) annual National Drug Threat Assessment. These organizations, often referred to as Drug Trafficking Organizations (DTOs), continue to diversify into crimes of extortion, human smuggling, and oil theft, among others. Their supply chains traverse the Western Hemisphere and the globe. Their extensive violence since 2006 has caused Mexico’s homicide rate to spike. They produce and traffic illicit drugs into the United States, including heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, and synthetic opioids such as fentanyl, and they traffic South American cocaine. MTCO activities significantly affect the security of both the United States and Mexico. As Mexico’s TCOs expanded their control of the opioids market, U.S. overdoses rose sharply according to the Centers for Disease Control, setting a record in 2019 with more than 70% of overdose deaths involving opioids, including fentanyl. Many analysts believe that Mexican TCOs’ role in the trafficking and producing of opioids is continuing to expand. Although that isn’t everything when it comes down to Mexican TCOs as some of them operating inside of the United States have a lot more to the story than what meets the eye and several Mexican TCOs exist in the United States, with focus on setting up a operation in new High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA)s. One of the groups in San Andreas were suspected to be affiliated to the Arellano Félix Organization a/k/a the Tijuana Organized Crime Group, once known for San Andreas' fentanyl and China White Heroin epidemic. The AFO is a regional “tollgate” organization that has historically controlled the drug smuggling route between Baja California (Mexico) to southern San Andreas. It is based in the border city of Tijuana, and to this day runs tight ship on the borderline between Tijuana-San Diego. The AFO have influence in Ensenada and Tijuana in Mexico, and in San Diego, Oceanside, Riverside and Los Santos in the United States of America. Their main influential powerhouse in the United States of America is in San Diego, where many AFO operatives reside and own businesses. In 2019, it was brought to attention that many of the American based operatives under the AFO's banner were actually from San Diego, born and raised in the city. Due to this the Drug Enforcement Administration put a label on the group and named them the I-5 Distribution Circle, I-5 referring to one of the main interstates on the West Coast going from the Mexican border directly up to the Canadian border, with a sub-interstate also called Interstate-5 on San Andreas island nicknamed the La Puerta Freeway, where many of the operatives tend to base their operates around. Whether it be mainland West Coast, or the island of San Andreas, both of the Insterstate-5s tend to tie in with this as the I-5 in San Andreas also has a major running-line going through the city of LS which provides easy access to sub-distro hubs in the city. On San Andreas, the Insterstate-5 also known as La Puerta Freeway is a freeway that runs through Los Santos. It starts/ends after a T-Intersection off the Del Perro Freeway and runs through West Los Santos as the Miriam Turner Overpass before it ends at the Port of LS and turns into Elysian Fields Freeway in South Los Santos. This makes it one of the prime running-lines on the island of San Andreas as a whole when it comes to drug distribution as traffickers and dealers can hop on and off the interstate like a piece of cake and be in one part of the city within under 30 minutes; bypassing Los Santos' horrendous traffic clam. Whilst the Insterstate-5 on the mainland of the West Coast is going through three different states in the middle, starting at the Mexican Baja Californian border, and running its way up to the Canadian Blaine border. This makes it one of the most prone drug trafficking routes on the West Coast's mainland used by Mexican Transnational Criminal Organizations as groups like the Sinaloa Cartel, New Generation Jalisco Cartel and the Arellano Felix Organization can easily use this interstate to hit any of the major High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTAs) under their influence. One of the more labelled groups when it comes to drug trafficking along the Interstate-5 is the crew referred to as La Puerta Boys; given to them because of their suspected manipulation with the I-5. The group allegedly uses the Insterstate-5 to move their product from point A to point B, essentially using the I-5 as a transshipment point and any towns or cities along it. Whether it's on the island of San Andreas or on the West Coast's mainland. Due to this La Puerta Boys are rumored to have influence on the island of San Andreas, alongside the mainland cities such as San Diego, Santa Barbara and Riverside. There is many other groups that manipulate the Interstate-5's routes, including: Grupo Ensenada, Las Moicas, Xalisco Boys, Border Brothers 22, Ramirez-Diaz Organization, and much more. Many groups moving product in the United States of America are either one of two things: 1. direct sub-factions of plenipotentiaries 2. Independent Drug Trafficking Organizations. In 2021 alone, the Border Brothers 22 and La Puerta Boys were rumored to not only transport product along the Interstate-5 from Mexico into the United States, but also transport money back to Mexico from the United States, firearms back to Mexico from the United States and also dabbled in human trafficking including prostitution via smuggling women across the borderline from Mexico into the United States and either selling them to a buyer or pimping them out in cities along the I-5. When it comes to Mexican Transnational Organized Crime, more often than not there's more happening than it might seem; one of the major examples of this is whilst a MTCO cell may transport product from Mexico into the United States, that very same MTCO cell may also be running a prostitution scheme at the same time. LA PUERTA BOYS A/K/A THE INTERSTATE-5 GROUP is one of the newer Drug Trafficking Organizations (DTO)s that came to fruition in the mid-2010s on the West Coast of the United States of America. La Puerta Boys originally came to fruition in the city of Chula Vista, in San Diego County. They were once a crew under the long-standing Border Brothers 22 until the mid-2010s when they were suspected of breaking away and becoming their own thing with the backing of a AFO clan from Ensenada, Baja California in Mexico. After breaking away from the Border Brothers 22 and becoming their own entity, La Puerta Boys were rumored to have instantly started working under the Ensenada Group (Spanish: Grupo Ensenada) from the AFO, La Puerta Boys were suspected by local law enforcement in San Diego County of moving product across the borderline for Grupo Ensenada, often using Chula Vista as a hub for storage until they were ready to transport the product to the final destination. This essentially meant that La Puerta Boys used San Diego as a whole as a transshipment point between Mexico and the rest of the Southern West Coast of the United States of America. Although it wasn't until the late-2010s that La Puerta Boys actually got the name La Puerta Boys documented on them by law enforcement, until that point there was really no solidified name for the group and in-fact it was merely referred to/and confused with being Grupo Ensenada directly, even though it wasn't. In the late-2010s, the group known as La Puerta Boys grew a fascination with Los Santos as described by the Los Santos Police Department. Once that fascination grew, the group began primarily focusing on San Andreas and pushing their influence onto the island, where they often distributed product. One of the main ways they got around the island was the sub-factor of the mainland's Interstate-5 used by the same group on the mainland, but on the island. The Insterstate-5 existed on the mainland, and on the island as a sub-factor, although on the island it was known as the La Puerta Freeway; which is eventually how La Puerta Boys obtained their name by law enforcement. The group itself doesn't identify as La Puerta Boys or the Insterstate-5 Group, instead it's merely a documented name used by law enforcement to factor out those who may or may not be affiliated with the group's circle. The only official "member" of the group that has been documented is Alejandro "Torpedo" Ibanez, who was found guilty of triple drug trafficking charges and is currently serving time in FCI Phoenix; essentially meaning most of the group's operatives are still unknown to law enforcement to this very day. Although when it comes to the island of San Andreas, rumors of the Border Brothers 22 and La Puerta Boys coexisting under the same banner tend to run wild. Although membership inside La Puerta Boys hasn't been uncovered by authorities yet, there has been several suspected Border Brothers who affiliate themselves with individuals with supposed links to Tijuana who're also from San Diego; mainly Southeast. This is where the rumors of the Border Brothers 22 and La Puerta Boys being under the same organization (metaphorically speaking) in San Andreas has come from. One of the more common misconceptions that the general public may think is that everyone associated and/or taking part in Mexican Transnational Criminal Organizations (MTCO)s are only of Mexican descent, whether it be Mexican-American or Mexican-National. But the reality is; this couldn't be further from the truth, countless Drug Enforcement Administration and Department of Homeland Security charts have shown that more than 75% of the Mexican Transnational Criminal Organization (MTCO) cells in the United States of America actually employ average citizens no matter the race; whether it be: African-American, Caucasian-American, Asian, Hispanic or Middle-Eastern. The reason for this is literally proven by this paragraph already, most assume all operatives are of Mexican descent and you wouldn't expect a 4th generation Korean-American from Little Seoul to be employed by a Mexican Transnational Criminal Organization (MTCO) cell. In hindsight this tactic has worked wonders for years, as it keeps those who're at the very top of the food chain out of the limelight per say. In the modern decade, ever since the mid-2010s; the Arellano Félix Organization began to specialize in moving Peruvian Cocaine across the borderline due to finding Colombian drug traffickers to be unstable due to the guerilla warfare going on against Narcos in the country at the time and Heroin such as Black Tar and China White which came directly from the Jalisco New Generation Cartel whilst the Arellano Félix Organization was under their banner. Although in the late-2010s to early-2020s when the Arellano Félix Organization broke away from the Jalisco New Generation Cartel and sided with the Sinaloa Cartel; the supply of China White and Black Tar Heroin came from the Chapitos group and other outsourced connects instead. The Border Brothers 22 were one of the main distribution cells for the Arellano Félix Organization and the Sinaloa Cartel, ever since the late-1990s. Although as time went on they went from a prison gang in Tijuana, to a distribution cell in the United States and eventually became a Security Threat Group (STG), with main areas of influence in Colorado, Arizona and San Andreas. Although in San Andreas the Border Brothers 22 weren't an independent Security Threat Group (STG) and instead were more of a sub-factor of the Mexican Mafia; where many Border Brothers and Southsiders were often very close with each other. It wasn't until the Grupo Ensenada cell from the Arellano Félix Organization granted La Puerta Boys the backing to split from the Border Brothers 22, that the Arellano Félix Organization seen La Puerta Boys become of the more fierce and reliable distribution cells in the United States. Whilst being low-key and operating in the shadows is the aim of United States based plenipotentiaries, the Arellano Félix Organization appreciated the fact that the I-5 Group a/k/a La Puerta Boys weren't afraid to handle their own issues if it came to having trouble. Today it's suspected that La Puerta Boys and the Border Brothers 22 are one in the same, working under the same Mexican Transnational Criminal Organization (MTCO) cell in San Andreas whilst under the supervision of Los Aretes commonly known as the Arellano Félix Organization. While the illicit drug epidemic in San Andreas is booming more than ever, and probably won't ever die down anytime soon; it's safe to say that the Drug Enforcement Administration, Department of Homeland Security and local law enforcement are doing their best to combat the narco traffickers that smuggle and distribute these narcotics onto the streets of San Andreas via manipulating the La Puerta Freeway's a/k/a Interstate-5's routes. MEXICAN TRANSNATIONAL ORGANIZED CRIME has always been somewhat multiracial in the United States of America, often due to the principal that if you're worth it and trusted enough to run with a cell, you're adopted into that cell. Internal cell racism statistics are unknown, but plenty of African-Americans, Caucasian-Americans and Middle-Eastern-Americans have been involved with Cartel cells on the United States side of the border since the late-2000s. Chaldean-Americans specifically have a deep entrenched involvement with Mexican Transnational Criminal Organizations and often act as middlemen between the Cartel cell and the buyer on the street whether it includes street gangs or motorcycle clubs. Not much is known on the modern day operation in the 2020s of the Chaldean Mob and its presence inside Mexican Transnational Organized Crime but one thing that can be said is from the late-2000s to the mid to late-2010s; the Chaldean Mob in San Diego County were major middlemen inside of the operation for the Chapitos group of the Sinaloa Cartel and the Tigres group of the Arellano Felix Organization dubbed the Tijuana Cartel. One memorable event that has stuck with maybe San Diego natives is the lockdown of El Cajon in the early-2010s in 2011 where the Chaldean Mob was indicted in an operation known as Operation Shadowbox. Through the early to mid to late-2010s from 2012 to 2017; the Chaldean Mob in San Diego County were considered somewhat dwindled per say due to the indictment but were still known to operate fluently and functionally, where local law enforcement from San Diego and the Drug Enforcement Administration watched them throughout the years. A detective from the San Diego Police Department's Narcotics and Gang's Division stated that the Chaldean Mafia still ran tight ship and middle-manned operations for both the Sinaloa and Tijuana organizations from Mexico. Presumably due to the Chapitos group from the Sinaloa Cartel being on very close business terms with the Tigres group from the Arellano Felix Organization, it's speculated that the Chaldean Mob moved weight for both organizations as they benefitted from moving product for both due to both being in close business relations at the time. Trevor Hormizd also known as Teddy is one of the many suspected Chaldean Mob affiliates, from the El Cajon area of San Diego County. On the 4th of June 2019; Trevor was arrested for the homicide of Ethan De Leon from the National City area of San Diego County. Trevor was sentenced to 14 years with parole after 1/3 of his sentence complete on the 9th of September 2021 for the homicide, after a long investigation and trial. Trevor denied all accused claims made against him but during trial a recording was played where Trevor was caught on tape discussing the murder and its events with an undercover informant: "Trevor Hormizd says: Fuckin crazy bro, you know? Undercover Informant says: What's crazy man? Trevor Hormizd says: You know the way he went out, that shit man? Lined him up with an Uzi and just let it rip brother. Undercover Informant says: Mmh... yeah, I feel you dude, I feel you... anyways what you want to drink? I'ma order. Trevor Hormizd says: Hmm... Corona or some shit." It's exactly unknown how the Chaldean Mob became connected to the Arellano Felix Organization, although many speculated it was with the help of the Chapitos who at the time were apart of the Sinaloa Cartel. The Sinaloa Cartel moved weight to Detroit for decades and supposedly formed a pipeline with the Chaldean Mob originally to flood the city with cocaine and heroin in the 90s and early 2000s, whilst many other groups were struggling for a connect; Detroit seen the local Chaldean Mob rise to prominence for sometime due to their direct connect with Mexico. The Drug Enforcement Administration, Department of Homeland Security and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives have said that there's a deeply entrenched connection between the San Diego Chaldean Mob and the Detroit Chaldean Mob and that both are supposedly apart of the exact same network which expands throughout the entirety of the United States. This is unconfirmed for the most part, but would make a lot of sense with how events in history shaped themselves to be. On the 5th of January 2022; Antonio De Leon also known as El Ametralladora, Frank Butti also known as Eastside Frank and Michael Aho also known as Fat Mike were arrested by the Drug Enforcement Administration in joint cooperation with local San Diego law enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security. Antonio De Leon was charged arrested under the intent to smuggle firearms, whereas Frank Butti and Michael Aho were arrested on numerous firearms trafficking charges; also violating the strawman act. This was a year and a half worth of investigation, that ended with the three individuals being caught red-handed during the deal as it was going down. Reported the deal was busted by an undercover Confidential Informant at the time whose alias was Brandon Mendez also known as Daygo Maniac, it's unclear how deep Brandon Mendez was with the operation but he has since been taken in for questioning and is planned to run as state's witness against the trio in their trial. Alongside two AK-47s and a Glock, there was three kilos of Cocaine at the scene. The three kilos in total could be worth upwards of nine hundred dollars in total in Peru where it was manufactured, upwards of nine to twelve thousand in total in certain parts of Mexico and upwards of twenty to thirty thousand on the streets of San Diego and Los Santos. It's safe to safe that although this wasn't a major bust per say, the authorities are still saying it's one step in the fight towards the War On Drugs. When speaking to one of the Narcotics detectives in the San Diego Police Department he told the press that: "The amount of drugs that come across the border weekly are way too much in comparison to what we may even get monthly, but anything that is taken off of the dealers is one step in the right direction to protecting our communties". This comment left many dumbfounded and shocked, as it really went to show how much drugs came across the border and how little the authorities in reality took off the streets. For every ten kilos the police department takes off the streets, a hundred more are moved over the border; almost as if it was a trade-for-trade in hindsight.

  2. The Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips (R60NHC) The Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips (R60NHC), also known as the Rich Rollin 60’s are a large primarily African-American street gang located on the West Side of South Los Santos, (formerly known as South Central, LS). The Rollin’ 60′ NHC originated as a clique of Stanley “Tookie” Willams gang, the Westside Crips in the 1970’s. Their territory would be found in South Central, Chamberlain Hills. They are also under the Rollin O's and Neighborhood Crips umbrella. They are believed to be one of the most infamous and fierce black gang in South Central/Chamberlain Hills region of Los Santos. The Rollin 60's members are known to sport Seattle Mariners baseball caps with the letter "S" which represent Sixty (60's Crip). The Rollin 60's and the Eight Tray Gangster Crips, were close allies and often fought rival gangs side by side. However, they were full fledge enemies by the mid-1980's. This rivalry is responsible for being the first Crip on Crip rivalry in history. This feud spilled over into surrounding neighbor gang's. Gang's started promising allegiance to one or the other (Rollin 60's or the Eight Tray Gangster Crips). Gang's who aligned themselves with the Rollin 60's adapted the Neighborhood Crips also known Deuces or Deuces Gang's (2x) and gang's who aligned themselves with the Eight Tray Gangster Crips adapted "Gangster Crips" also known as Trays or Tray Gang's (3x). This conflict has resulted in over 30 gang-related deaths and over twenty non gang-related missings. Tiequon A. Cox, who stabbed the co-founder of the crips "Stanly Tookie William's", was also a member of the Rollin 60's (NHC). Kody "Monster" Scott, who was affiliated with the Eight Tray Gangster Crips. 4. The San Andrean Dilemma and How It Complicates Everything James Amato, the alleged puppet ruler of the Los Santos Crime Family, surrendered to the FBI on Tuesday to face an array of charges including loansharking, drug trafficking, and money laundering, all predicates named in a long RICO indictment unsealed last week. Amato is accused of acting as the boss of a small but active criminal enterprise centered around typical mob activities in metro Los Santos. Amato, dubbed by gangsterreport.com as one of the "new generation gangsters", akin to the new blood of the 1990s "who contributed to the mob's downfall" was said to have been dismissive of the old-school values and traditions that were once treasured by members of the mafia. This characterization has Amato stand out among current bosses, many of whom are seeking a return to the discretion of the good old days. Amato, on the other hand, could be compared to "Skinny Joey" Merlino in his brash arrogance and lack of fondness for the old days, which seems to have contributed to his quick downfall, only serving as boss for a couple of years at most. Amato, a Canadian gangster, was inducted into the L.S. mob in 2016 at the request of then-Gambino acting boss Frank Cali, ostensibly to act as the formal representative of Hamilton's Musitano Family on the American west coast. But many speculate that the real reason Cali asked for this favor was to install a controllable operative in San Andreas. According to that theory, the end goal was to pull the remnants of the west coast mob under the Gambino family. This speculative timeline of events lends credence to the notion that the Los Santos Crime Family is now a tributary of the New York-based family. East Coast involvement in the Los Santos family has historically been documented extensively, with the west coast gangsters having often reached out to their counterparts for succor given the lack of homegrown potential. The demographics of major cities outside the traditional east coast mob strongholds have contributed significantly in the downfall of the mob nationally. With few Italian recruits to pick from, these small families have either completely died out or gradually transformed into shadows of their former glory, sustained on life support by out-of-town gangsters like Amato who are either installed or come out seeking to make their fortunes in unspoiled territories. That Amato was able to style himself as boss within only a few years of being 'made' is an indication of how dire the situation is in declining families like the Los Santos group. Apparently sensing that withering on the vine is no way to run their business, there has been evidence of Los Santos gangsters increasingly relying on non-Italian associates to conduct their affairs and act as muscle. Three Mexican-Americans and one Asian-American were indicted with Amato, a fact that stands out in the case. No Italian-Americans were included, which suggests Amato had surrounded himself with associates of other ethnic backgrounds. Some suggest that Amato's induction in L.S. was part of ongoing gamesmanship between the New York 'Five Families', with Cali apparently having trumped his rivals decisively when he made his move. Whatever the intentions Amato's tenure as de-facto boss, as detailed in the indictment, prove that the crime family still exists despite a lack of media coverage. His clumsy and imposed rule hasn't seemed to have helped the family's condition, which could use all the assistance it can get, famously being labelled by the L.S. Times as The Mickey Mouse Mafia (a jab based on the dominant organized crime force in the region, the Mexican Mafia). With Amato in custody, speculation has already begun about who might succeed him - or who is even able to. Eugene Chinaglia seems the most capable contender. One of the only homegrown mob figures known to still be alive and active in Los Santos, Chinaglia is probably the only confirmed member of the family with the experience to take up the challenge of steering a shattered organization. Chinaglia was also named as an unindicted co-conspirator in Amato's case, being listed as the only 'captain' in the family within the organizational chart provided. Other candidates include Sergio "Big Serg" Turrisi, who has been listed by Los Santos crime reporters as the family's only other captain for most of the 2010s, though not by the government. Carlo Tornatora also seems a possibility, rounding out the group as the last of three senior gangsters known to be active and alive in San Andreas. OOC information: We aim to impose our own interpretation of what we believe is a modern depiction of today's 'mafia' on the American west coast. Our style will differ from what you've been accustomed to, both past and present and we hope to adopt a more suitable approach according to the southern Californian demographics. For this reason, you'll see a lot of changes in what is ordinarily associated to this type of faction, especially in terms of our own head count which will demographically outnumber your usual east-coast dominant roster. On the ground level, we encourage characters native to San Andreas no matter the ethnicity. We assure you that playing as non 'full-blood' Italians will not halt your progress in our faction. 5. Oleg Vorobyov , Zhenya Ustinov and Vanya Serdukov were regular teenagers who were enlisted into the military, as they weren't smartest in school to pass it, the government had them sent to the military with thousands other Russians. They spent few years serving military, until they were put all together into a unit. During the Grozoviye Vorota (Thunder Gates) battle, holding out the frontier they managed to hold out long enough til soviet military arrived and took the terrorists down. Oleg was injured on the last minute of frontier assault by the enemy, and Zhenya was carrying injured Vanya on his shoulder and tried to get to Oleg, but once Oleg woke up after falling into a sleep, he withdrew a grenade and pulled the pin and was gonna blow himself up with the incoming enemy. As Oleg saw Zhenya struggling to get him, he shouted "NYET, OTOYDI" (No, get away!) - Oleg shut his eyes and prayed last minute before the storm, but that minute felt like eternity. The Russian military showed up and their Commander took grenade off Oleg's hand and threw it away , over fifty Russian soldiers showed up and gave the final assault on the terrorists that were attempting to cross over through gates. The Groznoviye vorota (Thunder/Lighting gates) - came from the long week of heavy rain and thunder, the last minute battle was nothing but thunder striking from the sky, and soldiers couldn't tell when they won, if it was gun shots and explosions or thunder striking. After the trio were taken back home, Moscow into a rehabilitation facility for soldier's that were injured, they were awarded with heroism stars, but that was only one side of the news..and every good news got a flip side, the government had released them from the military as that was the period of time when Soviet collapsed. They returned to their homes, and weren't sure what were they gonna do after obtaining tactical training, so Zhenya got involved with his old friend, Vladimir Zharkinov. Zharkinov was a local mob boss in Moscow that ran a Lombard (pawnshop) and a Seriy volk (Grey Wolf) bar. After Zharkinov heard the news of Zhenya's return, he asked Zhenya to swing by and offered him a job. Zhenya gave it a thought, but Zharkinov made few solid points, telling him "What are you gonna do now? Work at a scrap yard? Maybe sell bread at a market, maybe even milk like a granny?" Zhenya gave it a thought and decided to go with Zharkinov's wisdom, make some money and live a good life. Zharkinov was former military as well, but after when he saw that Soviet was gonna collapse and that government would throw everyone off , he got involved with thief's. Zharkinov asked Zhenya to bring some guys with him, somebody he could trust and that's where Zhenya got in touch with Serdjukov and Vorobyov.Zhenya didn't expect them to get on board, but after putting few sense into their heads, they realized that, they wouldn't have much happening in their life so they agreed and followed Zhenya's lead. Zharkinov called his Captain, Misha Shulgyja and told him to pick the trio up by the bar. After Misha rolled up in a mercedez and collected the trio, they went out in woods and that's where Misha popped the trunk and showed them his arsenal. He passed each one a pistol , Tokarov and Makarov and was seeing how good were they at a shot. Trio were pretty good at a shot, and that's where Misha took them on a first job. Their first job was to take out a competition, a restaurant that was ran by Vycheslavich crew. Vycheslavich's were one of the biggest crews in Moscow, and Zharkinov had no way to touch them, so Zharkinov used a outsider who wouldn't rat when job is done. After Misha dropped the trio off by the Vycheslavich's turf, they surrounded the whole place and killed the mob boss and his guards. Due to that assault, Zharkinov became one of the feared leaders in the city, but he wasn't done. Rather put the trio close to him, he wanted to pull the plug on them and take them out of the picture so there weren't any problems. Zharkinov was one of the selfish pricks that wouldn't understand words like honor and respect. He'd demand it, but would never give it. After when the trio spoke to Misha, they knew something was wrong as they see Misha being a bit nervous. Misha liked the trio as had something in their brains, he seen potential , that's where Zhenya asked him "Misha, what's up with you? You don't look like yourelf". Misha told them what Zharkinov wanted to do, and that's where the four of them picked up the guns from Misha's car and took Zharkinov out and took over the businesses, expect Serdjukov couldn't let it go. He was worried about Misha flipping on them at any minute, he did it to his boss..so he thought, what's stopping him from flipping again, and that's where Serdjukov shot Misha in the head and left him in the bar with Zharkinov. After getting in touch with Zharkinov businesses partners and building relation with different crews, they began to expand their organization. After tasting the money, Zhenya sent Dimitry Romanowski and Vanya's son, Anatoli to United States, he told them to set up businesses there. Dimitry Romanowski was a Russian-Jew that was working with Oleg , and through Oleg he was introduced to Zhenya and Vasya. After seeing that Dima was good with money and knew how to make it, they knew he'd be good at handling a crew down in Los Santos, while he sent them to Los Santos, he had Oleg go down to Liberty City and set up a businesses there, where Oleg end up bringing loads of profits by smuggling booze across the globe, avoiding taxes and making millions of dollars. Other moscow crews began to expand them-self as well, going up to Canada , England and spread out in United States, they kept it smart, started off with decent amount of money, small crew and slowly grew from there. Los Santos crew managed to control the Los Santos Port, that's where they got them-self a import and export businesses, it was a front to help Moscow's friends smuggle people across, such as Cartel members and Moscow's crew members. It was easy to build an Russian mob army , because there was hundred of Russian special forces soldiers that were "released" by their government, and a young 25-30 year old weapon specialist really didn't see what he'd do to have a good life, they seen the same thing what Zhenya did, become a nobody or take a little risk and become a somebody. If you don't risk you don't win, and that's pretty accurate these days.Vorobyov was pretty successful with setting up a crew in Liberty City , was gave it a thought with his guys about running the entire east-coast. Oleg sent Vladimir Glyukozov and his guys down to Vice City and gave them money to purchase few properties to start off their operations, they decided to purchase a motel and a local pawn shop that was a perfect front. Vladimir Glykozov began to get himself connected with Colombians and Cubans in the city and was providing them with weaponry and assisted with smuggling narcotics over the US shore. The job wasn't easy, but Vlad knew he'd have to put lots of work into the crew to make sure the organization has powerful ties in the Vice City. They began to use speed boats to move stuff over, but with the US cost-guards they had to find a way how to keep their engines cold, so Vlad came with a idea by having few freezers surrounding the engine after they detected a helicopter in the sky, that prevented the coast guards from tailing down the boat, and they also covered them-self up during night time, so it'd be nearly impossible to get spotted with night vision. They were freezing to death, but if they had to move hundred or two hundred kilos of cocaine safely, they'd take the align="left" because it paid of well.Sometimes they spent even two straight days in the ocean, just to make it back safe..but all that paid off. The motel's were used for drug deals, the manager who worked for the Russian Mob was on board and was getting two grand each month for keeping his month, on top of his regular "day-job" as a manager.Every deal was safe, Italian and Cubans used to deal.. in Italian hierarchy, they were against narcotics trading, but when one of their guys came short..he'd take the risk and try to make quick profit by selling cocaine or heroin. There wasn't much risk when it came down to Russian owned motel, it was secured and had a stash room, it was always protected by Russians, they'd dress them-self as local renters. As in USA its common for people to live in cheap-motels, they used this as an advantage to set up a vault for wise-guys, so to speak. They'd charge other organizations groups money to keep their stuff safe, risk-free and everyone liked it, because they knew that..if anyone was gone missing, the Russian Mob would pay everything back to the last penny, lying and stealing was bad for them in a new town so they end up making good friends pretty quickly. Vlad was doing great and was sending weekly car to Liberty City with loaded trunk of money, Oleg was real pleased and send few more guys down to Vice City to help Vlad to hold down the ground, and in progress they end up running entire East-Coast. Vlad was also helping previous crew "Chelelybinskaya" that was ran under Dimitrij Romanowski at that time, he'd send them cocaine and had cheapest price on it per gram, they'd make a decent profit down in Los Santos and slowly began to progress, it was kinda like a wise-guy bermuda triangle, money and drugs..guns going through the three turfs. Zhenya's organization really placed them-self on a map thanks to VC.Ustinov's brothers started off with few guys after taking out Misha out of the picture, they began by getting involved with Yura who was into prostitution business. They all knew that they'd be making loads of money with girl sales , so they were making a fortune with that - they later on opened up a pawn shop which was a decent profit, but after few month they burned the place down and got insurance money, money was used to purchase a autoshop that Dimitry was running. Kirill got himself into a nightclub business, as he leased one in LS and it was one of the hottest clubs in town, him and Stjepan were making good money there, but they cancelled their lease afterwards and got more into illegal businesses, Stjepan was working things out with the Chinese crew that was operating in Los Santos.Chinese had huge network in USA, and Stjepan got them to smuggle clothes. Leather jackets, coats and so on - the profits were huge, where - in a store a brand new leather jacket costs 700 bucks, Stjepan was distributing them 250 bucks a piece. They soon began to get their head wrapped around what previous crew (Chelelybinskaya) had in mind, make profits anyway you can. Soon enough they began to extort local stores , owners that didn't fall in line were either beaten or had their businesses burned down. Stjepan was mainly handling all the muscle work around with his guys, people feared him due to his temper. He wouldn't understand words such as "reason", all he knew was "make it happen". Kirill on other hand was more about being a diplomatic , find a reason and make profit - but they'd never get into each others way, if one of them is handling the job his way, they won't try to second guess each other. Vasya began to get himself involved with garage businesses just as Dima, expect Vasya was more into junk yard businesses, it was a perfect front and could be used to export and important illegal weapons , plus get rid of vehicles when they were hot on the street. Dimka got the go on the autoshop and a cab business, he was maintaining two businesses with his crew. He was more into the cab business than autoshop, and simply let Vasya run it for him. Anatoly was the document guy, he had friends that could help him counterfeit documents, passports ,DMV bin numbers and everything above. He had connections with Liberty City crew that had a leak in the city hall there, and were importing and exporting cars. Anatoly was previously in a crew up north, where they'd sit on a car, take pictures of it - create an album and let customer in the underworld decide what he wants. So when someone requested a car on a photo , they'd steal the car take it to their garage and get rid of all the serial numbers. Anatoly used the knowledge in Los Santos and was making good money for the crew.Yevhen was one of the muscles that was working under Stjepan and Dima, when things needed to be dealt with they'd send Yevhen. Yevhen had no emotion, he was a soldier back in Russia and could only do one thing, follow orders. He soon got himself into garbage taking business, where he'd wrap people up and get rid of bodies, Kirill and Stjepan got him a front, and he was one of the main mangers of the slaughterhouse.Yevhen had similar mind set as Stjepan, act first..ask questions later, even than - he doesn't asks questions, he just acts. Crew began to discuss how they'd distribute narcotics and weaponry across the city without getting on ATF's or DEA's radar. They decided to use local biker gangs, as they were aware that - becoming part of a Motorcycle Club wasn't easy, its a year long period for a prospect to become a fully patched member, and the hell he'd go through was good enough reason for Ustinov's crew to get in partnership with them. The one percent clubs started by using their legal fronts to connect the illegal items together. if a club had a autoshop running - Ustinov's would bring a tow truck with a damaged car in the back on a hook. The hooked up car would have all the items in it - and in laws eyes, it'd just be a mechanic delivering a damaged car to a autoshop. Since biker weren't the only mechanics in town, cops were flying blind. Guns were spreading out on streets, narcotics float wasn't decreasing by increasing. Police department began to step up their efforts, but each time they'd go after the local gangs that ratted out their businesses partners - which were bikers, that's where it'd come to an end. Bikers wouldn't flip on the Russians. They'd do time because they know it's part the game, but if a club would even dare to make a deal with DEA, the MC wouldn't last very long - it's a risk that everyone takes, but the biggest mistake that you could ever do with Russians is, betraying them. Stjepan and Kirill had to drop by Liberty City few times and make sure their shipment would arrive without any problems, they were real serious when it came down to their shipping, they were importing lot of girls into the United States, shipped through across the globe and later used on the streets of Liberty City or Los Santos, the shipping was huge profit. The docks were paid off and ran by the crew in Liberty and Vice City, the profits that they were making were unreal, the tax evasions. Kirill picked the idea up from Oleg and with little fee, Oleg made sure Kirill could get what he needed. Kirill wasn't fully connected with the outside world at that time, mainly his father and the other two, but Kirill and his brother knew it's their faith to end up running the entire organization at some point. Before both of them got involved, they were treated like regular guys with parents who were on top, Stjepan didn't care what others thought and end up spending half of the life in jail cell for assaults, as he end up in fights with everyone that opened his mouth to his brother. Stjepan loved his brother more than anyone, and would always back him up no matter what. Kirill had many guys that could become his secondary, but he didn't care if they could provide loads of money, to him family was everything - and together they started off in Liberty City and were providing nothing but money and effort, that's why their father gave them a new task to straight things out in Los Santos. After death of Dimitrij Romanowski, his crew split up, and only few wanted to run it..one of them was Misha, but he was handled as Ustinov's brothers first task. The brothers quickly took over the Los Santos port and were moderating activity, if anything hot came by - they'd tip their guys off and have them jack the shipment. They'd either pull the truck over, tell the guy to pay a fee for protection, or get beaten up, wallet taken and goods stolen. If the trucker came empty handed, Ustinov brothers would use legal actions against him, so eighty percent of truckers just got on board. If they were in trouble, they'd call a burner phone and let them know that somebody is trying to attack them, and that's where Stjepan would send out his crew to handle the problem. Their father wasn't pleased , and never showed them weakness, that's why I guess it made them both stay on their toes and attempt to take over larger territory, that's where they began to use their brains by using local biker gangs to smuggle their stuff across the State. Chelyabinskaya Organized Crime Group - It was one of the first crews to establish them-self in Los Santos. Dimitry Romanowski and Sergej Serdukov were both running the crew and had few of their friends to help them out to start off. Their first businesses involvement was with cars, they had a shop running where they'd chop shop vehicles and sell the parts for profits, soon enough they opened up a taxi depo - Moscow's Taxi , a cheap taxi company that was making decent profits - as customers were enjoying cheap cab fares. Once they were making money, they met few local criminals and began to work thing with them - they were distributing narcotics (Heroin) to local gangs and soon enough got their hands on weaponry. They started off by sending our small crews to burglarize properties and steal weapons, using the stolen weapons they'd jack gun deals and sell those weapons and make profits. Chelelybinskaya were known for doing organized heists, they'd jack trucks - sell the goods and make profits. Pure profit making organization, anything they'd get their hands on - would be sold. At some point, one of the captain's was gonna get involved with organs, but that'd bring too much heat on board. The organization had no limits, and wouldn't step down for nobody. With Liberty City backing them up, they were making money and were un-touchable. They opened up a restaurant in Little Moscow that was a businesses and social club. They expanded the empire by opening more businesses, but after one of the members flipping on the organization - they had to go into shadows. Majority split up, and went to Liberty City or Canada, some stayed and retired. Misha went to Liberty City and was running his crew over there, but he knew he couldn't have much up there - since Liberty City was ran by a Moscow's crew and he'd have to either fall in line, and follow - or he could make a deal with them, by paying taxes and operate and make profits. He had no choice as he had a girlfriend there, so he had to earn. Misha gotten a call two years later from Kirill. Kirill offered Misha to be part of his crew in Los Santos, but Misha was afraid that - the crew might face the same faith as Chelelybinskaya, so he wanted to be in the front seat and not in the back. After reaching Los Santos, Misha reached out to his old crew and brought some of them into Los Santos without Kirill's or Stjepan's notice. Kirill soon learned that, Misha was gonna take Ustinov' brothers out in order to run things his own way - but Misha end up getting killed by Kirill. Ustinov brothers knew that, killing Misha would put them on a hit list, but Kirill reached out to Liberty City crew and gotten a green light from Alexander Borzavsky. Misha's crew were taken out as well, all what Ustinov brothers had to do was - double the pay for a year. The banda relies on a specific tattoo to signal membership of the banda. To the outside world this isharmless, but to the banda it signals brother hood and loyalty. The below example is of a member who first gained all previous ranking tattoo's, then was inducted as a Vori. The two stars represent Vori, the scroll represents an outsider, the text is Boyeviki and the scorpion is the symbol of the Karysha. Without tattoos, you don't exist.Although Armenia, Chechnya, Georgia, Estonia, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan have long had criminals bandits, during the disorder of the Russian Revolution of 1917, armed gangs proliferated until they became a very significant factor which controlled society. The criminal culture with its own slang, culture and laws became known as Vorovskoy Mir (Russian: воровской мир ) or "Criminal/ Thieves World".As the police and court system were re-established in the Soviet Union shortly after the 1917 revolution, the NKVD secret police nearly exterminated the criminal underworld completely. Under Stalin, the forced labor camps (Gulag) overflowed with political prisoners and criminals, and a new organized group of top criminals arose, the vory v zakone, or "thieves in law."The "thieves in law" formed as a society for ruling the criminal underworld within the prison camps, "who govern the dark gaps in Soviet life beyond the reach of the KGB". They adopted a system of collective responsibility, and swore to a code of "complete submission to the laws of criminal life, including obligations to support the criminal ideal, rejection of legitimate employment and refusal to participate in all political activities. In modern day, vor v zakone are the backbone of the Eastern European underworld. They have full control of the cultural ethics in the underworld and got their brother ties with in the Armenian, Chechen, Estonia, Georgia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan. These 8 brother-lands were all part of the "vorvoskoy mir" (Thief's world) and through out the years their bond would keep growing deep and claws get wrapped up around entire underworld. Their claws grasp didn't just stop there, multiple vors that were caught across Eastern/Western Europe and Baltic countries end up expanding their membership and began to spread the poison onto other inmates and kept building their armies. Vors were educated in their own criminal way and were on a complete verge of anti-government. For many years, vors wouldn't even have families. It was against their code as it'd be an exposure to weakness and leverage, but all of these policies been modified as times were changing and they had to evolve and adapt with it. The original vor v zakone were on extreme Satanic ritual, they raped people, murdered for nothing and established fear onto the citizens. Prisoners back in the day weren't open minded or anything, they simply were extremely violent to anything that didn't sit right with them, that's simply the messed up mentality that they got when they did time in the worst prisons with guards wanting to murder you for declaring to fight someone else's war. Today, vor v zakone are regional peace-makers. They uphold huge knowledge and leadership capability, so when there's a certain conflict among certain organizations...a clash between two raging bulls, vors step in and they find a solution. They'd offer the peaceful solution both parties and if one of them would declare it and go off onto a egoistic and unreasonable path, vors wouldn't hesitate and pull the plug on that organizations boss. Vors are the last resort when it comes down to a possible conflict and they do not wanna see certain individuals with power to damage the powerful bond between the Vorovoskoy Mir's brother-lands. Because it slowly starts with one crew and ends up with couple allies going at each other. It never happened to a point where vors lost control of it, the hierarchy is build in a simple way that it's no discussion for stupidity and selfishness. They simply cut their throats and moved on. Happens today to, certain Russian mob bosses that control certain regions, countries...they go over the lines and face the consequence. Vor v Zakone is a network that was established in 1917's, the push that made vors a powerful network was due to the World War I. During WW1, Russian military required men that were willing to take the front lines without hesitation. Front liners were usually "Smertinik" aka Suicide. Everyone knew majority of them wouldn't be alive to tell the tales of the war...and due to the given circumstance...Lenin and Stalin came up with an idea, throw the scum of the society onto the front lines to drop the death toll of their own soldiers. When government issued a prison wide news regarding a possible release & sentence time drop, a lot of prisoners were against it. They felt that, they were used as puppets to fight "governments" war, die for nothing. Multiple prisoners declared the given offer and they got onto everyone's radar as traitors and bitches. And that's when prison guards and random civilians that would visit the prison would start calling those inmates "Suki" aka /Bitches/. Multiple prisoners were beaten up to a very critical state, barley any medical help was given to them and a lot of those inmates died by the hands of the prison guards. That's where the criminals that were bond together had to unite and protect them-self from the threat. They formed an alliance, the Vorovskoy Mir (Thief's world) and began to mark them-self in a military style tattoos. There are bunch of tattoos that you see on numerous Vor V Zakone members, but almost 80 percent of those tattoos are personal ones. Drawing that speaks about that man and what's the story behind it. Certain inked items like...Church with cupolas would stand for the amount of convictions you got, executioner tattoo's that would indicate you've murdered family relative, Eagles that would indicate a senior authority...but if that eagle got somebody in there, that eagle carrier is a rapist. Times were different and the prisoners were on a complete "Satanic" path, vors in modern day are completely different and are treated as adjudicators for the Organized Crime in certain regions.

  6. Los Santos gang members tied to a string of home break-ins, the last one ending deadly. Article written by: Alex Chavez Source: Los Santos Police Department Monday night, Los Santos resident found dead in his home after four males, ages between 13 and 16, broke in, thinking there was no one home. The elderly man woke up to noise downstairs as he grabbed a licensed 9mm handgun, walking into the living room and opening fire on the suspects, striking one in his left leg. The four young males returned fire with modified handguns, shooting as many as 60 rounds in the males direction. The four young males were identified as being part of a crew, known to sell parts to make semi-automatic pistols into fully automatic ones. Touch More Bands or more widely known as TMB has been linked to as many as 15 break-ins and robberies. One attempted break six months ago, left another house owner dead after he shot one of the intruders with a shotgun, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down. The house owner was found dead on arrival, cause of death was inflicted by a storm of bullets shot by the intruders. Two out of the three suspects are still wanted. This is not the first time we hear about a string of house break-ins ending deadly, last month another couple was found dead in their house after a robbery went wrong. Learn more about how to protect your home at https://www.adt.com/resources/help-prevent-home-invasion. The culture of "Switches" on Glocks These modifications for handguns are relatively new, being popularized primarily by rappers and gangsters over social media. These "Switches" are tiny parts that turn a Glock pistol into a mini-machine gun, capable of firing dozens of rounds within seconds. These were originally appearing in San Andreas from sellers outside of the U.S. These tiny parts come with a Glock logo imprinted on it, to make it seem like they are manufactured by the company that makes the pistols themselves, but they are not. Before the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives got a handle on the situation, these parts could be purchased for less then 30$. After they became popular, a lot of gang members and criminals started profiting off the craze, importing thousands of switches from other countries, and marketing them as "key chains". This started to become more and more popular, as they were targeting the most popular platforms for teenagers: Snapchat and Instagram. With these pages popping up, a lot of teenagers were purchasing them, but a lot of them were getting robbed or scammed too. This resulted in some of the more popular pages to start expanding their business, opening more and more accounts, one by one being taken down by the platforms they were advertised on. Some of the resellers decided to go to Youtube, where most of them found out that their videos could rack up hundreds of thousands of views without being taken down. More and more managed to make successful "trust worthy" pages, which were making the "Switch" epidemic more and more of a problem. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives started noticing these parts popping up around Chicago mostly, being made popular by gangster rappers in the area, but soon spread across the U.S, making their way into gang members and criminal's hands all over the country. This is one of the many problems that Police officers encounter every day, most criminals have newer and better guns then them, some even turning their already customized firearms into full auto machine pistols. 924 Hoover Criminals x Touch More Bands Touch More Bands (TMB) is a group formed by members within the 92x94 Hoover Criminals gang and was initially made because of an argument between one of the OG's from 92 Hoovers and one of the founding members of Touch More Bands. The decision to split off from the group but still keep connections was made in order to stay in the alliance between the Hoover Criminals and 83 Gangster Crips. TMB and Hoovers are very close and sometimes act as one, but TMB isn't under the same leadership as Hoovers. The original founders of the gang, which are currently locked up for different 2nd and 1st degree Homicide charges, are still active hoover members and are known to have ties to 415 Kumi inside the prison walls. In 2022 the group was reportedly consisted off multiple hoover affiliates from 83 HC, 92 HC and 94 HC and residents of the area that aren't known gang members. The death of Lil Bossy and the Bossy World Motels Lil Bossy was a very popular member from Touch More Bands, and an active 94 Hoover Criminal. He was rumored in the streets to have caught 4 bodies. His death came as a shock as his music career just started to take off, landing him a record deal. Bossy was the brother of one of the founding members of Touch More Bands and was always eager to rise to his brother's level, which he started to try and achieve at a young age. He hopped off the porch at around 13 and made a song with the title "Hopped off the porch at 13" which was one of his biggest hits out yet. After serving 6 months at a Juvenile Boot Camp, he returned home with a different flow which made his music even more popular, as a lot of people started to relate to it. He often spoke about gang violence and drug abuse in his music, as he always had a lot of love for his community. Even after his career started to take off, Lil Bossy couldn't leave the streets behind, continuing to gang bang and be active in the set. Bossy put in a lot of work, being known to have taken the chain of a rival Rolling 60s member in a brawl. His death came two weeks later, as he was gunned down outside a Liquor Store on Roy Lowenstein Blvd. Many believed that his death was related to the chain snatching incident, but one month later the police revealed that they had 2 suspects in custody and that he was targeted over a robbery a day before, in which he stripped one of the shooters off 20 thousand dollars and a gun. The Bossy World motels were renamed after his death in order to celebrate him. A lot of people mourned his death and to this day he remains a legend in the gang. His music is still doing numbers and he has managed to make it into multiple small time documentaries which made a lot of people curious about why he didn't leave the hood when he had the chance to. The motels have been known now to be a stronghold for the Touch More Bands group and starting to become legendary in the LS gang banging scene, being a point of reference for the turf that hoovers claim. ㅤㅤㅤ‎ Melvin “Melly” Roberson Melvin was born and raised in South Central, Los Santos. 7. I. History of the Greek Catholic Church "And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven;whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven." (Matthew 16:13-20) In the beginning, there was only one Church, the Catholic Church. Throughout the Church's history, several rites were established based on the people's relationship with God. The primary rites of the Church were the Byzantine Rite, established in Constantinople, and the Latin Rite, established in Rome, respectively, each rite was practiced in the Roman Empire, East and West, even after the fall of the Western Roman Empire. After the establishment of the patriarchates, it was decided that the first most important patriarchate should be in Rome, where St. Peter became its first bishop, and the second most important in Constantinople. Through the several Ecumenical Councils, various dogmas were laid which eventually led to the Schism of the Western and Eastern Churches, eventually leading to the foundation of the Orthodox Church after the various controversies, such as Filioque. The Orthodox Church denied the Bishop of Rome's authority as First Among Equals, thus becoming a community of autonomous churches. The Great Schism happened in 1054, during Leon IX's papacy, and Patriatch Michael's I patriarchy. After the Great Schism, The Church of East (Byzantine) broke away from the Church of the West (Latin). In 1439, a synod was held in Fererra-Florence, which aimed to unite the Eastern Church with the Church of Rome, but only part of the Byzantine Rite Church was united with the Catholic Church. In order for the Eastern Church to unite with the Catholic Church, they had to accept the so-called Florentine points: I. Papal Primacy. The Pope is the Bishop of Rome, equal to the others, but Primus Inter Pares (The First Among Equals). As found in the Bible, Peter founded the Church after being given the Keys of Heaven by Jesus. Although Peter was equal to the other apostles, he was special given his mission; II. The recognition of the Filioque (also from the Son). As written in the Gospel, the Holy Spirit proceeds the Father. The Niceno-Constantinopolitan Creed agreed to the Gospel, prohibiting future alterations of the creed. However, because of heresies of the heresies of the Aryans, which established a hierarchy of the Holy Trinity, the Western Church was forced to introduce Filioque, affirming that the Holy Trinity is one and the same. Thus, the Holy Spirit proceeds after the Father and the Son. The Son was sent the Holy Spirit from the Father. However, in the Oriental Catholic Church, Filioque is not obligatory; III. The use of unleavened bread. Although the Oriental Churches use leavened bread during Mass, they henceforth have to recognize the validity of unleavened bread; IV. The recognition of the Purgatory as an intermediary space in which souls that have committed forgivable sins can atone, although it is not mentioned in the Bible. The Oriental Church which united with Rome also adopted the following: I. The infallibility of the Pope. The Pope cannot be wrong when it comes to matters of Faith; II. Immaculate Conception. The Blessed Virgin Mary was born without ancestral sin, she and Jesus are the only sinless people; III. The possibility of ordaining celibate priests. Priests can get married in the Eastern Church, in fact, in the Orthodox Church marriage is necessary for a priest to be ordained. In the Roman Catholic Church, all priests must be celibate. In the Oriental Churches, priests can be celibate or married, with the condition of being married before being ordained; IV. Baptism by sprinkling water. In the Oriental Churches, Baptism is practiced by immersion, practice rejected by the Catholic Church due to it being dangerous. The Greek Catholic Church does as it pleases when it comes to Baptism. II. Hierarchy of the Greek Catholic Church The Greek Catholic Church's hierarchy is divided between the Major Clergy and the Minor Clergy: The Major Clergy: I. Bishop. The Pope is the Bishop of Rome. A Patriarch, Metropolitan or an Archbishop are still bishops. The bishop is the descendant of the apostles, which granted their authority and powers to their descendants through the rite of the Laying of the Hands; II. Priest. There are different types of priests, such as bishops, archpriests and vicars. Not all priests have achieved full priesthood, which the bishop has got. The priest is ordained by the bishop. The priest is in charge of a parish, or is assigned to help another priest as a vice-parish priest, or even assigned to an administrative function. The priest leads the Holy Mass and other sacraments daily; III. The Deacon, which is either permanent or temporary. The temporary deacon prepares to become a priest. The deacon has the lowest status among the Major Clergy. He must assist the priest or bishop during liturgical matters. Those who wish to become married priests must married during their diaconate. The Minor Clergy: I. Hypodeacon. They help the priest, but they must not be confused with the deacons; II. Lecturer. He is the choir's leader. He receives this title in the 3rd year of seminar. During his second year as a seminarian, he is accepted for diaconate or priesthood, and during the first year he obtains the clerical attire. III. About Monkhood In the Eastern Church there is the Order of Saint Basil the Great. The monks are called Basilians, and it is the only monastic order in the Byzantine rite. However, there are Latin monastic orders that practice the Byzantine rite. Franciscans, Jesuits, etc. are not monks, the only Latin monks are the Benedictines, but those Latin orders are accepted. IV. The Greek Catholic Church of San Andreas The Bishop of the Greek Catholic Church of San Andreas is James Malkovich, ordained in 2000. He was appointed bishop of San Andreas by the age of 50 by Pope Benedict himself during an ordainment ceremony in Rome along ten other bishops. He founded the Greek Catholic seminary in Los Santos, where seminarians prepare for priesthood. Both the Greek Catholic and Roman Catholic churches share the Catholic Cathedral of Los Santos. Bishop Malkobich is also working in accomodating a monastery in Los Santos County. Together with the other Greek Catholic priests, and under the supervision of Vicar General Michael Hughes, the diocese of San Andreas is developing at a steady pace. Rector Aaron Foster is currently coordinating the Greek Catholic Seminary of Los Santos. V. ((Out of Character)) This faction has been opened by a 3th year seminarian at the Greek Catholic Seminary, thus our perspective and portrayal are throughly guided. Althoguh it is a religious faction, we're open to members of the community of all faiths. Our objective is to portray the first church faction on the community. 17. LOS SANTOS — A Hawick man will receive leniency for pleading guilty to drug trafficking charges in a case related to the massive 2019 indictment aimed at the Aryan Brotherhood prison gang, court records show. Matthew D. Shaw, 35, pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to distribute at least 100 grams of heroin, a federal offense, in an April 26 hearing before Chief District Judge Samuel F. Drew, court records show. In exchange, federal prosecutors agreed to seek a “low-end guidelines sentence” against Shaw, who faces a minimum of five years in prison. The plea agreement with Shaw required him to sign a document acknowledging he sold a total of 368 grams of heroin — or 0.8 pounds — to an undercover agent over eight months, drugs he was reportedly receiving from his co-defendant, Gerardo Vincente Lopez. Shaw admitted that on Feb. 17, 2016, he drove to a BurgerShot in West Vinewood to pick up drugs from Lopez, then met the undercover agent in the power tool aisle of the Tools4Less in Hawick, where he gave the agent a quarter-pound of heroin in exchange for $2,950. Shaw was investigated by the Los Santos Police Department in June 2015, when he started selling heroin to the agent, according to the plea agreement. During the eight-month investigation that followed, authorities not only identified Shaw’s suspected supplier but “obtained wiretaps which resulted, in part in the evidence” that led to the 2019 bust of Aryan Brotherhood prison gang, prosecutors said in court records. In court records filed in 2019, prosecutors said the investigation into Shaw led investigators to an alleged Los Santos heroin ring run by Beverly Cross, who also allegedly sold heroin to an undercover agent. At the time, authorities say Cross was in regular contact with Paul Matthews Tucker 58, an alleged leader of the Aryan Brotherhood who was serving a life sentence in the maximum-security San Andreas Correctional Facility. The Aryan Brotherhood has been confined to federal and state prison Security Housing Units under 24 hour lockdown for decades but the increased restrictions have done little to prevent the gang's influence from spreading. Public Enemy Number One, a skinhead street and prison gang, took over the role as soldiers for the Aryan Brotherhood in the mid 2000s and by all accounts continue to enforce the Aryan Brotherhood's rule even today. Violent assaults, murders, thefts, drug trafficking, fraud and the sale of illegal firearms have funded the Aryan Brotherhood's rise to their current heights in the criminal underworld and despite law enforcement's best efforts continue unabated. OOC: The White Car aims to depict a realistic, authentic and character-driven depiction of the California white street and prison gang culture. If you wish to role play with us please do so by finding our characters in-game and roleplay with us. The White Car is an umbrella faction which encompasses multiple local, state-wide and prison based skinhead, peckerwood and white gangs. You do not need to be a member of any one specific gang to be a part of the White Car, but rather role play with the white gang community as a whole. All questions can be directed to Marvin_Redman.
