Server gonna use mainly voice or text ?

Is the server gonna be text based, or would it be voice?

 

I know there is the option for both, but what would the server aim for?

This server is going to be text-based, voip will only be used by ( and allowed for ) LEO.

As feminine as I may sound, I wouldn't quite be able to pull off trying to voice a female character

Also voice chat seriously decrease female population in game.  How can I play with female character with this voice? Just imagine for one second. It is horrible.

RageMP is for text based servers mainly, if you want Voice RP head over to AltV or FiveM.
